Pubbakaraṇaṃ

Sammajjanī padīpo ca, udakaṃ āsanena ca,
uposathassa etāni, pubbakaraṇan ti vuccati.

扫帚与灯,水并床座,此等名为,布萨前行。

Pubbakiccaṃ

Chanda-pārisuddhi-utukkhānaṃ, bhikkhugaṇanā ca ovādo,
uposathassa etāni, pubbakiccan ti vuccati.

欲与清净,宣说时节,比丘之数,以及教诫,此等名为,布萨前务。

Pattakallaaṅgā

Uposatho, yāvatikā ca bhikkhū kammappattā, sabhāgāpattiyo ca na vijjanti,
vajjanīyā ca puggalā tasmiṃ na honti, pattakallan ti vuccati.

为布萨日,羯磨所需之比丘已足,无同分之罪,无应回避者,此名为适时。

Pubbakaraṇa-pubbakiccāni samāpetvā, desitāpattikassa samaggassa bhikkhusaṅghassa anumatiyā, pātimokkhaṃ uddisituṃ ārādhanaṃ karoma.

前行及前务已竟,在已说明其罪且和合的比丘僧团的允许下,我们将开始诵波罗提木叉。

Nidānuddeso

Suṇātu me bhante saṅgho. Ajj’uposatho pannaraso, yadi saṅghassa pattakallaṃ, saṅgho uposathaṃ kareyya, pātimokkhaṃ uddiseyya.

尊者!请僧团听我说!今日十五,为布萨日,若于僧团已适时,僧团应作布萨,应诵波罗提木叉。

Kiṃ saṅghassa pubbakiccaṃ? Pārisuddhiṃ āyasmanto ārocetha. Pātimokkhaṃ uddisissāmi, taṃ sabbe va santā sādhukaṃ suṇoma manasi karoma.

什么是僧团的前务?诸大德!你们当宣说清净。我将诵波罗提木叉,我们所有在场者应谛听、作意于此。

Yassa siyā āpatti, so āvikareyya, asantiyā āpattiyā tuṇhī bhavitabbaṃ, tuṇhībhāvena kho pan’āyasmante “parisuddhā” ti vedissāmi.

若有罪者,彼当发露,无罪者应默然,以默然故,我乃知诸大德为清净。

Yathā kho pana paccekapuṭṭhassa veyyākaraṇaṃ hoti, evam evaṃ evarūpāya parisāya yāvatatiyaṃ anusāvitaṃ hoti.

正如对于个别而问者而有答,如是于此众中当有三次告白。

Yo pana bhikkhu yāvatatiyaṃ anusāviyamāne saramāno santiṃ āpattiṃ nāvikareyya, sampajānamusāvād’assa hoti.

若忆念的比丘乃至三次告白,亦不发露既有之罪,于彼即为知而妄语。

Sampajānamusāvādo kho pan’āyasmanto antarāyiko dhammo vutto Bhagavatā, tasmā saramānena bhikkhunā āpannena visuddhāpekkhena santī āpatti āvikātabbā, āvikatā hi’ssa phāsu hoti.

然而,诸大德!世尊说知而妄语为障碍法,是故忆念的比丘已犯且欲求清净,则应发露既有之罪,发露于彼实为安乐。

Uddiṭṭhaṃ kho āyasmanto nidānaṃ.

诸大德!已诵序论。

Tatth’āyasmante pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, dutiyam pi pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, tatiyam pi pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, parisuddh’etth’āyasmanto, tasmā tuṇhī, evam etaṃ dhārayāmī ti.

现在我问诸大德,于此清净否?我再问,于此清净否?我三问,于此清净否?诸大德于此清净,是故默然,是事我如是持。

Nidānaṃ niṭṭhitaṃ.

Pārājikuddeso

Tatr’ime cattāro pārājikā dhammā uddesaṃ āgacchanti.

现在来诵四波罗夷法。

Methunadhammasikkhāpadaṃ

1. Yo pana bhikkhu bhikkhūnaṃ sikkhāsājīvasamāpanno, sikkhaṃ appaccakkhāya, dubbalyaṃ anāvikatvā, methunaṃ dhammaṃ paṭiseveyya, antamaso tiracchānagatāya pi, pārājiko hoti asaṃvāso.

若比丘具比丘之学与活命,未舍弃学、未表明羸弱而从事淫欲法,乃至与雌性动物,为波罗夷、不共住。

Adinnādānasikkhāpadaṃ

2. Yo pana bhikkhu gāmā vā araññā vā adinnaṃ theyyasaṅkhātaṃ ādiyeyya, yathārūpe adinnādāne rājāno coraṃ gahetvā haneyyuṃ vā bandheyyuṃ vā pabbājeyyuṃ vā coro’si bālo’si mūḷho’si theno’sī ti, tathārūpaṃ bhikkhu adinnaṃ ādiyamāno, ayam pi pārājiko hoti asaṃvāso.

若比丘从村落或从林野以被认为偷窃的方式而取走未给予之物,正如对于取走未给予之物,国王们捉拿盗已,会或杀、或缚、或流放——「你是盗,是愚人,是痴人,是贼」,比丘如此取走未给予之物,此亦为波罗夷、不共住。

Manussaviggahasikkhāpadaṃ

3. Yo pana bhikkhu sañcicca manussaviggahaṃ jīvitā voropeyya, satthahārakaṃ vā’ssa pariyeseyya, maraṇavaṇṇaṃ vā saṃvaṇṇeyya, maraṇāya vā samādapeyya “ambho purisa kiṃ tuyh’iminā pāpakena dujjīvitena, mataṃ te jīvitā seyyo” ti, iti cittamano cittasaṅkappo anekapariyāyena maraṇavaṇṇaṃ vā saṃvaṇṇeyya, maraṇāya vā samādapeyya, ayam pi pārājiko hoti asaṃvāso.

若比丘故意夺去人命,或为其寻凶,或赞叹死亡,或劝趣死——「哎,人啊!你为何恶苦而活?对你而言,死较生好」,有如是的心意、心思,以种种方法或赞叹死亡,或劝趣死,此亦为波罗夷、不共住。

Uttarimanussadhammasikkhāpadaṃ

4. Yo pana bhikkhu anabhijānaṃ uttarimanussadhammaṃ, attupanāyikaṃ alamariyañāṇadassanaṃ samudācareyya “iti jānāmi, iti passāmī” ti, tato aparena samayena samanuggāhīyamāno vā asamanuggāhīyamāno vā āpanno visuddhāpekkho evaṃ vadeyya “ajānam evaṃ āvuso avacaṃ jānāmi, apassaṃ passāmi, tucchaṃ musā vilapin” ti, aññatra adhimānā, ayam pi pārājiko hoti asaṃvāso.

若比丘未证上人法,而称自己有圣智见——「我知如是,我见如是」,此后的某时若遭审问或未遭审问,已犯而欲求清净,作如是说——「朋友!我如是不知、不见而曾言我知、我见,我虚妄而说」,除增上慢,此亦为波罗夷、不共住。

Uddiṭṭhā kho āyasmanto cattāro pārājikā dhammā. Yesaṃ bhikkhu aññataraṃ vā aññataraṃ vā āpajjitvā na labhati bhikkhūhi saddhiṃ saṃvāsaṃ, yathā pure, tathā pacchā, pārājiko hoti asaṃvāso.

诸大德!已诵四波罗夷法。比丘犯其中任一已,则不得与诸比丘同住,此后则如之前那样,为波罗夷、不共住。

Tatth’āyasmante pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, dutiyam pi pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, tatiyam pi pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, parisuddh’etth’āyasmanto, tasmā tuṇhī, evam etaṃ dhārayāmī ti.

Pārājikaṃ niṭṭhitaṃ.

Saṅghādisesuddeso

Ime kho pan’āyasmanto terasa saṅghādisesā dhammā uddesaṃ āgacchanti.

诸大德!再来诵十三僧残法。

Sukkavissaṭṭhisikkhāpadaṃ

1. Sañcetanikā sukkavissaṭṭhi, aññatra supinantā, saṅghādiseso.

故意射精,除梦中,为僧残。

Kāyasaṃsaggasikkhāpadaṃ

2. Yo pana bhikkhu otiṇṇo vipariṇatena cittena mātugāmena saddhiṃ kāyasaṃsaggaṃ samāpajjeyya hatthaggāhaṃ vā veṇiggāhaṃ vā aññatarassa vā aññatarassa vā aṅgassa parāmasanaṃ, saṅghādiseso.

若比丘堕落,以变异心与女人从事身体的接触,或执手,或握发,或触摸任一肢体,为僧残。

Duṭṭhullavācāsikkhāpadaṃ

3. Yo pana bhikkhu otiṇṇo vipariṇatena cittena mātugāmaṃ duṭṭhullāhi vācāhi obhāseyya, yathā taṃ yuvā yuvatiṃ, methunupasaṃhitāhi, saṅghādiseso.

若比丘堕落,以变异心对女人说粗鄙语,一如青年男子之于青年女子,事关淫欲,为僧残。

Attakāmapāricariyasikkhāpadaṃ

4. Yo pana bhikkhu otiṇṇo vipariṇatena cittena mātugāmassa santike attakāmapāricariyāya vaṇṇaṃ bhāseyya “etad aggaṃ bhagini pāricariyānaṃ yā mādisaṃ sīlavantaṃ kalyāṇadhammaṃ brahmacāriṃ etena dhammena paricareyyā” ti, methunupasaṃhitena, saṅghādiseso.

若比丘堕落,以变异心在女人前赞叹以爱欲奉侍自己——「姊妹!此为最上的奉侍,若她以此法而奉侍如我这般具戒、善法、梵行之人」,事关淫欲,为僧残。

Sañcarittasikkhāpadaṃ

5. Yo pana bhikkhu sañcarittaṃ samāpajjeyya, itthiyā vā purisamatiṃ, purisassa vā itthimatiṃ, jāyattane vā jārattane vā, antamaso taṅkhaṇikāya pi, saṅghādiseso.

若比丘从事媒介,或传男意与女,或传女意与男,而为夫妇或情侣,乃至为临时关系,为僧残。

Kuṭikārasikkhāpadaṃ

6. Saññācikāya pana bhikkhunā kuṭiṃ kārayamānena assāmikaṃ attuddesaṃ pamāṇikā kāretabbā. Tatr’idaṃ pamāṇaṃ: dīghaso dvādasa vidatthiyo sugatavidatthiyā, tiriyaṃ satt’antarā. Bhikkhū abhinetabbā vatthudesanāya, tehi bhikkhūhi vatthu desetabbaṃ anārambhaṃ saparikkamanaṃ.

若比丘以自行乞求而使人建造无主、为己的寮房,应按量建造。其量为长十二张善逝张手,内宽七张。应带领诸比丘以指定场地,由彼等诸比丘指定无危险、有环绕空间的场地。

Sārambhe ce bhikkhu vatthusmiṃ aparikkamane saññācikāya kuṭiṃ kāreyya, bhikkhū vā anabhineyya vatthudesanāya, pamāṇaṃ vā atikkāmeyya, saṅghādiseso.

若比丘在有危险、无环绕空间的场地以自行乞求而使人建造寮房,或未带领诸比丘以指定场地,或过量,为僧残。

Vihārakārasikkhāpadaṃ

7. Mahallakaṃ pana bhikkhunā vihāraṃ kārayamānena sassāmikaṃ attuddesaṃ, bhikkhū abhinetabbā vatthudesanāya, tehi bhikkhūhi vatthu desetabbaṃ anārambhaṃ saparikkamanaṃ.

若比丘使人建造有主、为己的大精舍,应带领诸比丘以指定场地,由彼等诸比丘指定无危险、有环绕空间的场地。

Sārambhe ce bhikkhu vatthusmiṃ aparikkamane mahallakaṃ vihāraṃ kāreyya, bhikkhū vā anabhineyya vatthudesanāya, saṅghādiseso.

若比丘在有危险、无环绕空间的场地使人建造大精舍,或未带领诸比丘以指定场地,为僧残。

Duṭṭhadosasikkhāpadaṃ

8. Yo pana bhikkhu bhikkhuṃ duṭṭho doso appatīto amūlakena pārājikena dhammena anuddhaṃseyya “app eva nāma naṃ imamhā brahmacariyā cāveyyan” ti, tato aparena samayena samanuggāhīyamāno vā asamanuggāhīyamāno vā amūlakañ c’eva taṃ adhikaraṇaṃ hoti, bhikkhu ca dosaṃ patiṭṭhāti, saṅghādiseso.

若比丘恶意、瞋恚、不满,以无根据的波罗夷法诽谤比丘——「或许我能使他从此梵行中退堕」,此后的某时若遭审问或未遭审问,此诤论系无根据的,且比丘住于瞋恚,为僧残。

Aññabhāgiyasikkhāpadaṃ

9. Yo pana bhikkhu bhikkhuṃ duṭṭho doso appatīto aññabhāgiyassa adhikaraṇassa kiñci desaṃ lesamattaṃ upādāya pārājikena dhammena anuddhaṃseyya “app eva nāma naṃ imamhā brahmacariyā cāveyyan” ti, tato aparena samayena samanuggāhīyamāno vā asamanuggāhīyamāno vā aññabhāgiyañ c’eva taṃ adhikaraṇaṃ hoti koci deso lesamatto upādinno, bhikkhu ca dosaṃ patiṭṭhāti, saṅghādiseso.

若比丘恶意、瞋恚、不满,取其他诤论的某个相似处,以波罗夷法诽谤比丘——「或许我能使他从此梵行中退堕」,此后的某时若遭审问或未遭审问,此诤论系取其他的某个相似处,且比丘住于瞋恚,为僧残。

Saṅghabhedasikkhāpadaṃ

10. Yo pana bhikkhu samaggassa saṅghassa bhedāya parakkameyya, bhedanasaṃvattanikaṃ vā adhikaraṇaṃ samādāya paggayha tiṭṭheyya, so bhikkhu bhikkhūhi evam assa vacanīyo “māyasmā samaggassa saṅghassa bhedāya parakkami, bhedanasaṃvattanikaṃ vā adhikaraṇaṃ samādāya paggayha aṭṭhāsi, samet’āyasmā saṅghena, samaggo hi saṅgho sammodamāno avivadamāno ekuddeso phāsu viharatī” ti.

若比丘致力于分裂和合的僧团,或坚持于受持、执取引起分裂的诤论,诸比丘应如是告彼比丘——「大德!莫致力于分裂和合的僧团,或坚持于受持、执取引起分裂的诤论,请大德与僧团和合,因为和合、欢喜、不诤、一诵的僧团住于安乐」。

Evañ ca so bhikkhu bhikkhūhi vuccamāno tath’eva paggaṇheyya, so bhikkhu bhikkhūhi yāvatatiyaṃ samanubhāsitabbo tassa paṭinissaggāya, yāvatatiyañ ce samanubhāsiyamāno taṃ paṭinissajjeyya, icc etaṃ kusalaṃ, no ce paṭinissajjeyya, saṅghādiseso.

诸比丘如是告已,彼比丘若仍如是执取,诸比丘应三次劝告彼比丘使舍弃之,若经三次劝告而舍弃之,如此甚好,若不舍弃,为僧残。

Bhedānuvattakasikkhāpadaṃ

11. Tass’eva kho pana bhikkhussa bhikkhū honti anuvattakā vaggavādakā, eko vā dve vā tayo vā, te evaṃ vadeyyuṃ “māyasmanto etaṃ bhikkhuṃ kiñci avacuttha, dhammavādī c’eso bhikkhu, vinayavādī c’eso bhikkhu, amhākañ c’eso bhikkhu chandañ ca ruciñ ca ādāya voharati, jānāti, no bhāsati, amhākam p’etaṃ khamatī” ti.

有众比丘是彼比丘的追随者、同类者,若一人、若二人、若三人,他们如是说——「诸大德!莫对此比丘说什么,此比丘是法说者,此比丘是律说者,此比丘取我们的所欲及喜好而说,知我们而说,我们认可他」。

Te bhikkhū bhikkhūhi evam assu vacanīyā “māyasmanto evaṃ avacuttha, na c’eso bhikkhu dhammavādī, na c’eso bhikkhu vinayavādī, māyasmantānam pi saṅghabhedo ruccittha, samet’āyasmantānaṃ saṅghena, samaggo hi saṅgho sammodamāno avivadamāno ekuddeso phāsu viharatī” ti.

诸比丘应如是告众比丘——「大德们!莫如是说,此比丘非法说者,此比丘非律说者,大德们莫喜于分裂僧团,请大德们与僧团和合,因为和合、欢喜、不诤、一诵的僧团住于安乐」。

Evañ ca te bhikkhū bhikkhūhi vuccamānā tath’eva paggaṇheyyuṃ, te bhikkhū bhikkhūhi yāvatatiyaṃ samanubhāsitabbā tassa paṭinissaggāya, yāvatatiyañ ce samanubhāsiyamānā taṃ paṭinissajjeyyuṃ, icc etaṃ kusalaṃ, no ce paṭinissajjeyyuṃ, saṅghādiseso.

诸比丘如是告已,彼众比丘若仍如是执取,诸比丘应三次劝告彼众比丘使舍弃之,若经三次劝告而舍弃之,如此甚好,若不舍弃,为僧残。

Dubbacasikkhāpadaṃ

12. Bhikkhu pan’eva dubbacajātiko hoti, uddesapariyāpannesu sikkhāpadesu bhikkhūhi sahadhammikaṃ vuccamāno attānaṃ avacanīyaṃ karoti “mā maṃ āyasmanto kiñci avacuttha kalyāṇaṃ vā pāpakaṃ vā, aham p’āyasmante na kiñci vakkhāmi kalyāṇaṃ vā pāpakaṃ vā, viramath’āyasmanto mama vacanāyā” ti.

有比丘生性难劝,诸比丘在所诵学处内如法劝告时,他使自己难以劝告——「诸大德!莫对我说什么善的恶的,我也不会对诸大德说什么善的恶的,请诸大德莫劝我」。

So bhikkhu bhikkhūhi evam assa vacanīyo “māyasmā attānaṃ avacanīyaṃ akāsi, vacanīyam ev’āyasmā attānaṃ karotu, āyasmā pi bhikkhū vadatu sahadhammena, bhikkhū pi āyasmantaṃ vakkhanti sahadhammena, evaṃ saṃvaddhā hi tassa Bhagavato parisā, yad idaṃ aññamaññavacanena aññamaññavuṭṭhāpanenā” ti.

诸比丘应如是告彼比丘——「大德!莫使自己难以劝告,大德应使自己听劝,大德应如法劝诸比丘,诸比丘亦应如法劝大德,因为如是世尊之众方得增长,即互相劝告、互相出罪」。

Evañ ca so bhikkhu bhikkhūhi vuccamāno tath’eva paggaṇheyya, so bhikkhu bhikkhūhi yāvatatiyaṃ samanubhāsitabbo tassa paṭinissaggāya, yāvatatiyañ ce samanubhāsiyamāno taṃ paṭinissajjeyya, icc etaṃ kusalaṃ, no ce paṭinissajjeyya, saṅghādiseso.

诸比丘如是告已,彼比丘若仍如是执取,诸比丘应三次劝告彼比丘使舍弃之,若经三次劝告而舍弃之,如此甚好,若不舍弃,为僧残。

Kuladūsakasikkhāpadaṃ

13. Bhikkhu pan’eva aññataraṃ gāmaṃ vā nigamaṃ vā upanissāya viharati kuladūsako pāpasamācāro, tassa kho pāpakā samācārā dissanti c’eva suyyanti ca, kulāni ca tena duṭṭhāni dissanti c’eva suyyanti ca, so bhikkhu bhikkhūhi evam assa vacanīyo “āyasmā kho kuladūsako pāpasamācāro, āyasmato kho pāpakā samācārā dissanti c’eva suyyanti ca, kulāni c’āyasmatā duṭṭhāni dissanti c’eva suyyanti ca, pakkamat’āyasmā imamhā āvāsā, alaṃ te idha vāsenā” ti.

有比丘依某村或某镇而住,为污家者、恶行者,其恶行得见得闻,其所污之家得见得闻,诸比丘应如是告彼比丘——「大德是污家者、恶行者,大德的恶行得见得闻,大德所污之家得见得闻,请大德从此住所离开,你在此处住得太久了」。

Evañ ca so bhikkhu bhikkhūhi vuccamāno te bhikkhū evaṃ vadeyya “chandagāmino ca bhikkhū, dosagāmino ca bhikkhū, mohagāmino ca bhikkhū, bhayagāmino ca bhikkhū, tādisikāya āpattiyā ekaccaṃ pabbājenti, ekaccaṃ na pabbājentī” ti.

诸比丘如是告已,彼比丘如是告彼等诸比丘——「诸比丘是趣向欲者,诸比丘是趣向瞋者,诸比丘是趣向痴者,诸比丘是趣向怖者,对于同样的罪,驱摈某些人,而不驱摈另一些」。

So bhikkhu bhikkhūhi evam assa vacanīyo “māyasmā evaṃ avaca, na ca bhikkhū chandagāmino, na ca bhikkhū dosagāmino, na ca bhikkhū mohagāmino, na ca bhikkhū bhayagāmino, āyasmā kho kuladūsako pāpasamācāro, āyasmato kho pāpakā samācārā dissanti c’eva suyyanti ca, kulāni c’āyasmatā duṭṭhāni dissanti c’eva suyyanti ca, pakkamat’āyasmā imamhā āvāsā, alaṃ te idha vāsenā” ti.

诸比丘应如是告彼比丘——「大德!莫作此说,诸比丘不是趣向欲者,诸比丘不是趣向瞋者,诸比丘不是趣向痴者,诸比丘不是趣向怖者,大德是污家者、恶行者,大德的恶行得见得闻,大德所污之家得见得闻,请大德从此住所离开,你在此处住得太久了」。

Evañ ca so bhikkhu bhikkhūhi vuccamāno tath’eva paggaṇheyya, so bhikkhu bhikkhūhi yāvatatiyaṃ samanubhāsitabbo tassa paṭinissaggāya, yāvatatiyañ ce samanubhāsiyamāno taṃ paṭinissajjeyya, icc etaṃ kusalaṃ, no ce paṭinissajjeyya, saṅghādiseso.

诸比丘如是告已,彼比丘若仍如是执取,诸比丘应三次劝告彼比丘使舍弃之,若经三次劝告而舍弃之,如此甚好,若不舍弃,为僧残。

Uddiṭṭhā kho āyasmanto terasa saṅghādisesā dhammā, nava paṭhamāpattikā, cattāro yāvatatiyakā. Yesaṃ bhikkhu aññataraṃ vā aññataraṃ vā āpajjitvā, yāvatīhaṃ jānaṃ paṭicchādeti, tāvatīhaṃ tena bhikkhunā akāmā parivatthabbaṃ.

诸大德!已诵十三僧残法,九为初次即犯,四为三次。比丘犯其中任一已,知而覆藏几日,彼比丘即使不愿,亦应别住几日。

Parivutthaparivāsena bhikkhunā uttari chārattaṃ bhikkhumānattāya paṭipajjitabbaṃ, ciṇṇamānatto bhikkhu yattha siyā vīsatigaṇo bhikkhusaṅgho, tattha so bhikkhu abbhetabbo.

比丘别住已,应更行六夜比丘摩那埵,比丘行摩那埵已,何处有二十众的比丘僧团,彼比丘即于该处出罪。

Ekena pi ce ūno vīsatigaṇo bhikkhusaṅgho taṃ bhikkhuṃ abbheyya, so ca bhikkhu anabbhito, te ca bhikkhū gārayhā, ayaṃ tattha sāmīci.

若二十众的比丘僧团即便只少一人,而为彼比丘出罪,则彼比丘未出罪,且彼等诸比丘应呵,这是这里的规则。

Tatth’āyasmante pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, dutiyam pi pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, tatiyam pi pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, parisuddh’etth’āyasmanto, tasmā tuṇhī, evam etaṃ dhārayāmī ti.

Saṅghādiseso niṭṭhito.

Aniyatuddeso

Ime kho pan’āyasmanto dve aniyatā dhammā uddesaṃ āgacchanti.

诸大德!再来诵二不定法。

Paṭhamaaniyatasikkhāpadaṃ

1. Yo pana bhikkhu mātugāmena saddhiṃ eko ekāya raho paṭicchanne āsane alaṃkammaniye nisajjaṃ kappeyya, tam enaṃ saddheyyavacasā upāsikā disvā tiṇṇaṃ dhammānaṃ aññatarena vadeyya, pārājikena vā saṅghādisesena vā pācittiyena vā.

若比丘隐密地与女人一对一地坐于覆蔽而足以作业的坐处,则言语可信的优婆夷见此已,应以三法中的任一法而说,或以波罗夷、或以僧残、或以波逸提。

Nisajjaṃ bhikkhu paṭijānamāno tiṇṇaṃ dhammānaṃ aññatarena kāretabbo, pārājikena vā saṅghādisesena vā pācittiyena vā, yena vā sā saddheyyavacasā upāsikā vadeyya, tena so bhikkhu kāretabbo, ayaṃ dhammo aniyato.

承认坐的比丘应以三法中的任一法来对待,或以波罗夷、或以僧残、或以波逸提,或者以彼言语可信的优婆夷之所说来对待彼比丘,此法不定。

Dutiyaaniyatasikkhāpadaṃ

2. Na h’eva kho pana paṭicchannaṃ āsanaṃ hoti nālaṃkammaniyaṃ, alañ ca kho hoti mātugāmaṃ duṭṭhullāhi vācāhi obhāsituṃ, yo pana bhikkhu tathārūpe āsane mātugāmena saddhiṃ eko ekāya raho nisajjaṃ kappeyya, tam enaṃ saddheyyavacasā upāsikā disvā dvinnaṃ dhammānaṃ aññatarena vadeyya, saṅghādisesena vā pācittiyena vā.

又坐处并非覆蔽,不足以作业,但足以对女人说粗鄙语,若比丘隐密地与女人一对一地坐于如此的坐处,则言语可信的优婆夷见此已,应以二法中的任一法而说,或以僧残、或以波逸提。

Nisajjaṃ bhikkhu paṭijānamāno dvinnaṃ dhammānaṃ aññatarena kāretabbo, saṅghādisesena vā pācittiyena vā, yena vā sā saddheyyavacasā upāsikā vadeyya, tena so bhikkhu kāretabbo, ayam pi dhammo aniyato.

承认坐的比丘应以二法中的任一法来对待,或以僧残、或以波逸提,或者以彼言语可信的优婆夷之所说来对待彼比丘,此法亦不定。

Uddiṭṭhā kho āyasmanto dve aniyatā dhammā.

Tatth’āyasmante pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, dutiyam pi pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, tatiyam pi pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, parisuddh’etth’āyasmanto, tasmā tuṇhī, evam etaṃ dhārayāmī ti.

Ime kho pan’āyasmanto tiṃsa nissaggiyā pācittiyā dhammā uddesaṃ āgacchanti.

诸大德!再来诵三十舍波逸提法。

Kathinasikkhāpadaṃ

1. Niṭṭhitacīvarasmiṃ bhikkhunā ubbhatasmiṃ kathine dasāhaparamaṃ atirekacīvaraṃ dhāretabbaṃ, taṃ atikkāmayato, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

当比丘作衣已竟、迦𫄨那已出,多余的衣最多可持有十天,过此者,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Udositasikkhāpadaṃ

2. Niṭṭhitacīvarasmiṃ bhikkhunā ubbhatasmiṃ kathine ekarattam pi ce bhikkhu ticīvarena vippavaseyya, aññatra bhikkhusammutiyā, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

当比丘作衣已竟、迦𫄨那已出,若比丘即使一夜离三衣而住,除比丘许可,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Akālacīvarasikkhāpadaṃ

3. Niṭṭhitacīvarasmiṃ bhikkhunā ubbhatasmiṃ kathine bhikkhuno pan’eva akālacīvaraṃ uppajjeyya, ākaṅkhamānena bhikkhunā paṭiggahetabbaṃ, paṭiggahetvā khippam eva kāretabbaṃ.

当比丘作衣已竟、迦𫄨那已出,若有非时衣给与比丘,有意欲的比丘可以接受,接受后应尽快完成。

No c’assa pāripūri, māsaparamaṃ tena bhikkhunā taṃ cīvaraṃ nikkhipitabbaṃ ūnassa pāripūriyā satiyā paccāsāya. Tato ce uttari nikkhipeyya satiyā pi paccāsāya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

若不足者,在存有补全不足的期望下,彼比丘可保存此衣最多一月。若保存过此者,即使是存有期望,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Purāṇacīvarasikkhāpadaṃ

4. Yo pana bhikkhu aññātikāya bhikkhuniyā purāṇacīvaraṃ dhovāpeyya vā rajāpeyya vā ākoṭāpeyya vā, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘使非亲属的比丘尼或洗、或染、或捶打旧衣,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Cīvarapaṭiggahaṇasikkhāpadaṃ

5. Yo pana bhikkhu aññātikāya bhikkhuniyā hatthato cīvaraṃ paṭiggaṇheyya, aññatra pārivattakā, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘从非亲属的比丘尼手中接受衣,除交换,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Aññātakaviññattisikkhāpadaṃ

6. Yo pana bhikkhu aññātakaṃ gahapatiṃ vā gahapatāniṃ vā cīvaraṃ viññāpeyya, aññatra samayā, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘向非亲属的居士或居士女乞衣,除适时,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Tatthāyaṃ samayo, acchinnacīvaro vā hoti bhikkhu, naṭṭhacīvaro vā, ayaṃ tattha samayo.

这里的适时是,比丘的衣遭夺或丢失,这是这里的适时。

Tatuttarisikkhāpadaṃ

7. Tañ ce aññātako gahapati vā gahapatānī vā bahūhi cīvarehi abhihaṭṭhuṃ pavāreyya, santaruttaraparamaṃ tena bhikkhunā tato cīvaraṃ sāditabbaṃ. Tato ce uttari sādiyeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

若非亲属的居士或居士女拿很多衣来邀请他,彼比丘最多可从中受用下衣与上衣。若受用过此者,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Paṭhamaupakkhaṭasikkhāpadaṃ

8. Bhikkhuṃ pan’eva uddissa aññātakassa gahapatissa vā gahapatāniyā vā cīvaracetāpannaṃ upakkhaṭaṃ hoti “iminā cīvaracetāpannena cīvaraṃ cetāpetvā itthannāmaṃ bhikkhuṃ cīvarena acchādessāmī” ti.

有非亲属的居士或居士女为指定的比丘准备衣资——「用这衣资换取衣后,我要把衣给某位比丘穿」。

Tatra ce so bhikkhu pubbe appavārito upasaṅkamitvā cīvare vikappaṃ āpajjeyya “sādhu vata maṃ āyasmā iminā cīvaracetāpannena evarūpaṃ vā evarūpaṃ vā cīvaraṃ cetāpetvā acchādehī” ti kalyāṇakamyataṃ upādāya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

若彼比丘事先未受邀请即前往那里,对衣提出建议——「善哉,大德!请用这衣资换取这般这般的衣而给我穿」,为了希求好者,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Dutiyaupakkhaṭasikkhāpadaṃ

9. Bhikkhuṃ pan’eva uddissa ubhinnaṃ aññātakānaṃ gahapatīnaṃ vā gahapatānīnaṃ vā paccekacīvaracetāpannāni upakkhaṭāni honti “imehi mayaṃ paccekacīvaracetāpannehi paccekacīvarāni cetāpetvā itthannāmaṃ bhikkhuṃ cīvarehi acchādessāmā” ti.

有两个非亲属的居士或居士女为指定的比丘准备各自的衣资——「用这些各自的衣资换取各自的衣后,我们要把两件衣给某位比丘穿」。

Tatra ce so bhikkhu pubbe appavārito upasaṅkamitvā cīvare vikappaṃ āpajjeyya “sādhu vata maṃ āyasmanto imehi paccekacīvaracetāpannehi evarūpaṃ vā evarūpaṃ vā cīvaraṃ cetāpetvā acchādetha ubho va santā ekenā” ti kalyāṇakamyataṃ upādāya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

若彼比丘事先未受邀请即前往那里,对衣提出建议——「善哉,诸大德!请你们用这些各自的衣资换取这般这般的衣而给我穿,合二为一」,为了希求好者,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Rājasikkhāpadaṃ

10. Bhikkhuṃ pan’eva uddissa rājā vā rājabhoggo vā brāhmaṇo vā gahapatiko vā dūtena cīvaracetāpannaṃ pahiṇeyya “iminā cīvaracetāpannena cīvaraṃ cetāpetvā itthannāmaṃ bhikkhuṃ cīvarena acchādehī” ti.

若国王、或王臣、或婆罗门、或居士经由使者送衣资给指定的比丘——「用这衣资换取衣后,请把衣给某位比丘穿」。

So ce dūto taṃ bhikkhuṃ upasaṅkamitvā evaṃ vadeyya “idaṃ kho, bhante, āyasmantaṃ uddissa cīvaracetāpannaṃ ābhataṃ, paṭiggaṇhātu āyasmā cīvaracetāpannan” ti. Tena bhikkhunā so dūto evam assa vacanīyo “na kho mayaṃ, āvuso, cīvaracetāpannaṃ paṭiggaṇhāma, cīvarañ ca kho mayaṃ paṭiggaṇhāma kālena kappiyan” ti.

若彼使者前往彼比丘处如是说——「尊者!这衣资是带给指定的大德的,请大德接受衣资。」彼比丘应如是对彼使者说——「朋友!我们不能接受衣资,然而我们适时地接受适当的衣。」

So ce dūto taṃ bhikkhuṃ evaṃ vadeyya “atthi pan’āyasmato koci veyyāvaccakaro” ti. Cīvaratthikena, bhikkhave, bhikkhunā veyyāvaccakaro niddisitabbo ārāmiko vā upāsako vā “eso kho, āvuso, bhikkhūnaṃ veyyāvaccakaro” ti.

若彼使者对彼比丘如是说——「有哪位是大德的执事人?」诸比丘!欲求衣的比丘应指示园人或优婆塞为执事人——「朋友!这位是比丘们的执事人。」

So ce dūto taṃ veyyāvaccakaraṃ saññāpetvā taṃ bhikkhuṃ upasaṅkamitvā evaṃ vadeyya “yaṃ kho, bhante, āyasmā veyyāvaccakaraṃ niddisi, saññatto so mayā, upasaṅkamat’āyasmā kālena, cīvarena taṃ acchādessatī” ti.

若彼使者知会彼执事人已,前往彼比丘处如是说——「尊者!我已知会大德所指示的那位执事人了,请大德适时前往,他将把衣给您。」

Cīvaratthikena, bhikkhave, bhikkhunā veyyāvaccakaro upasaṅkamitvā dvattikkhattuṃ codetabbo sāretabbo “attho me, āvuso, cīvarenā” ti, dvattikkhattuṃ codayamāno sārayamāno taṃ cīvaraṃ abhinipphādeyya, icc etaṃ kusalaṃ.

诸比丘!欲求衣的比丘可以二、三次地前往执事人处敦促、提醒——「朋友!我需要衣」,若经二、三次地敦促、提醒而得到衣,如此甚好。

No ce abhinipphādeyya, catukkhattuṃ pañcakkhattuṃ chakkhattuparamaṃ tuṇhībhūtena uddissa ṭhātabbaṃ, catukkhattuṃ pañcakkhattuṃ chakkhattuparamaṃ tuṇhībhūto uddissa tiṭṭhamāno taṃ cīvaraṃ abhinipphādeyya, icc etaṃ kusalaṃ. Tato ce uttari vāyamamāno taṃ cīvaraṃ abhinipphādeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

若未得到,可以四次、五次、最多六次为此默然而立,若经四次、五次、最多六次为此默然而立而得到衣,如此甚好。若经更多的努力而得到衣,应舍弃、为波逸提。

No ce abhinipphādeyya, yat’assa cīvaracetāpannaṃ ābhataṃ, tattha sāmaṃ vā gantabbaṃ, dūto vā pāhetabbo “yaṃ kho tumhe āyasmanto bhikkhuṃ uddissa cīvaracetāpannaṃ pahiṇittha, na taṃ tassa bhikkhuno kiñci atthaṃ anubhoti, yuñjant’āyasmanto sakaṃ, mā vo sakaṃ vinassā” ti, ayaṃ tattha sāmīci.

若未得到,应自己去或派使者到为他带来衣资之处——「诸大德!你们已送给指定的比丘的衣资,彼比丘未获得其任何利益,请诸大德自己努力,莫失去你们自己的」,这是这里的规则。

Kathinavaggo paṭhamo.

Kosiyasikkhāpadaṃ

11. Yo pana bhikkhu kosiyamissakaṃ santhataṃ kārāpeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘教人作混有蚕丝的卧具,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Suddhakāḷakasikkhāpadaṃ

12. Yo pana bhikkhu suddhakāḷakānaṃ eḷakalomānaṃ santhataṃ kārāpeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘教人作纯黑羊毛的卧具,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Dvebhāgasikkhāpadaṃ

13. Navaṃ pana bhikkhunā santhataṃ kārayamānena dve bhāgā suddhakāḷakānaṃ eḷakalomānaṃ ādātabbā, tatiyaṃ odātānaṃ, catutthaṃ gocariyānaṃ.

比丘教人作新卧具,应取两份纯黑羊毛,第三份为白色,第四份为褐色。

Anādā ce bhikkhu dve bhāge suddhakāḷakānaṃ eḷakalomānaṃ, tatiyaṃ odātānaṃ, catutthaṃ gocariyānaṃ, navaṃ santhataṃ kārāpeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘教人作新卧具,而未取两份纯黑羊毛、第三份白色、第四份褐色,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Chabbassasikkhāpadaṃ

14. Navaṃ pana bhikkhunā santhataṃ kārāpetvā chabbassāni dhāretabbaṃ, orena ce channaṃ vassānaṃ taṃ santhataṃ vissajjetvā vā avissajjetvā vā aññaṃ navaṃ santhataṃ kārāpeyya, aññatra bhikkhusammutiyā, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

比丘教人作新卧具已,应持用六年,若六年内无论舍弃或未舍弃此卧具,而教人作另一新卧具,除比丘许可,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Nisīdanasanthatasikkhāpadaṃ

15. Nisīdanasanthataṃ pana bhikkhunā kārayamānena purāṇasanthatassa sāmantā sugatavidatthi ādātabbā dubbaṇṇakaraṇāya.

比丘教人作坐具,应取旧卧具周边一善逝张手以作坏色。

Anādā ce bhikkhu purāṇasanthatassa sāmantā sugatavidatthiṃ, navaṃ nisīdanasanthataṃ kārāpeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘未取旧卧具周边一善逝张手而教人作新坐具,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Eḷakalomasikkhāpadaṃ

16. Bhikkhuno pan’eva addhānamaggappaṭipannassa eḷakalomāni uppajjeyyuṃ, ākaṅkhamānena bhikkhunā paṭiggahetabbāni, paṭiggahetvā tiyojanaparamaṃ sahatthā haritabbāni asante hārake. Tato ce uttari hareyya, asante pi hārake, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

若有羊毛给与行于旅途的比丘,有意欲的比丘可以接受,接受后,若无人持,则可自己手持最多三由旬。若过此而持者,即便无人持,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Eḷakalomadhovāpanasikkhāpadaṃ

17. Yo pana bhikkhu aññātikāya bhikkhuniyā eḷakalomāni dhovāpeyya vā rajāpeyya vā vijaṭāpeyya vā, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘使非亲属的比丘尼或洗、或染、或梳理羊毛,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Rūpiyasikkhāpadaṃ

18. Yo pana bhikkhu jātarūparajataṃ uggaṇheyya vā uggaṇhāpeyya vā upanikkhittaṃ vā sādiyeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘捉持金银,或教人捉持,或受用放置者,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Rūpiyasaṃvohārasikkhāpadaṃ

19. Yo pana bhikkhu nānappakārakaṃ rūpiyasaṃvohāraṃ samāpajjeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘从事种种金钱交易,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Kayavikkayasikkhāpadaṃ

20. Yo pana bhikkhu nānappakārakaṃ kayavikkayaṃ samāpajjeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘从事种种买卖,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Kosiyavaggo dutiyo.

Pattasikkhāpadaṃ

21. Dasāhaparamaṃ atirekapatto dhāretabbo, taṃ atikkāmayato, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

多余的钵最多可持有十天,过此者,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Ūnapañcabandhanasikkhāpadaṃ

22. Yo pana bhikkhu ūnapañcabandhanena pattena aññaṃ navaṃ pattaṃ cetāpeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘以少于五个补缀的钵换取另一新钵,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Tena bhikkhunā so patto bhikkhuparisāya nissajjitabbo, yo ca tassā bhikkhuparisāya pattapariyanto, so tassa bhikkhuno padātabbo “ayaṃ te bhikkhu patto yāva bhedanāya dhāretabbo” ti, ayaṃ tattha sāmīci.

彼比丘应在比丘众中舍弃该钵,比丘众的最后一个钵即应给予彼比丘——「比丘!这是你的钵,要用到破了为止」,这是这里的规则。

Bhesajjasikkhāpadaṃ

23. Yāni kho pana tāni gilānānaṃ bhikkhūnaṃ paṭisāyanīyāni bhesajjāni, seyyathidaṃ — sappi navanītaṃ telaṃ madhu phāṇitaṃ, tāni paṭiggahetvā sattāhaparamaṃ sannidhikārakaṃ paribhuñjitabbāni, taṃ atikkāmayato, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

诸生病比丘可服用的药,即熟酥、生酥、油、蜜、糖,接受已可以贮藏最多七天而食用,过此者,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Vassikasāṭikasikkhāpadaṃ

24. “Māso seso gimhānan” ti bhikkhunā vassikasāṭikacīvaraṃ pariyesitabbaṃ, “addhamāso seso gimhānan” ti katvā nivāsetabbaṃ.

比丘可以「在热季的最后一个月」寻求雨浴衣,「在热季的最后半个月」做完后穿上。

“Orena ce māso seso gimhānan” ti vassikasāṭikacīvaraṃ pariyeseyya, “oren’addhamāso seso gimhānan” ti katvā nivāseyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

若「尚未在热季的最后一个月」即寻求雨浴衣,「尚未在热季的最后半个月」即做完后穿上,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Cīvaraacchindanasikkhāpadaṃ

25. Yo pana bhikkhu bhikkhussa sāmaṃ cīvaraṃ datvā kupito anattamano acchindeyya vā acchindāpeyya vā, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘自己把衣给比丘后,瞋恚、不喜,夺回或教人夺回,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Suttaviññattisikkhāpadaṃ

26. Yo pana bhikkhu sāmaṃ suttaṃ viññāpetvā tantavāyehi cīvaraṃ vāyāpeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘自己乞得线后,教织工们织衣,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Mahāpesakārasikkhāpadaṃ

27. Bhikkhuṃ pan’eva uddissa aññātako gahapati vā gahapatānī vā tantavāyehi cīvaraṃ vāyāpeyya, tatra ce so bhikkhu pubbe appavārito tantavāye upasaṅkamitvā cīvare vikappaṃ āpajjeyya “idaṃ kho, āvuso, cīvaraṃ maṃ uddissa viyyati, āyatañ ca karotha, vitthatañ ca appitañ ca suvītañ ca suppavāyitañ ca suvilekhitañ ca suvitacchitañ ca karotha, app eva nāma mayam pi āyasmantānaṃ kiñcimattaṃ anupadajjeyyāmā” ti.

若非亲属的居士或居士女请织工们为指定的比丘织衣,若彼比丘事先未受邀请即前往织工处,对衣提出建议——「朋友!这衣是指定为我而织的,请你们做得长一点,请你们做得宽一点、厚一点,织好点,纺好点,摩平点,梳理好点,也许我们会送些什么给大德们」。

Evañ ca so bhikkhu vatvā kiñcimattaṃ anupadajjeyya, antamaso piṇḍapātamattam pi, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

若彼比丘如是说已送了些东西,即便仅一钵之食,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Accekacīvarasikkhāpadaṃ

28. Dasāhānāgataṃ kattika-temāsika-puṇṇamaṃ bhikkhuno pan’eva accekacīvaraṃ uppajjeyya, accekaṃ maññamānena bhikkhunā paṭiggahetabbaṃ, paṭiggahetvā yāva cīvarakālasamayaṃ nikkhipitabbaṃ. Tato ce uttari nikkhipeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

在迦提迦第三个满月之前十日,若有急施衣给予比丘,知是急施的比丘可以接受,接受已可以保存到衣时。若保存过此者,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Sāsaṅkasikkhāpadaṃ

29. Upavassaṃ kho pana kattika-puṇṇamaṃ yāni kho pana tāni āraññakāni senāsanāni sāsaṅkasammatāni sappaṭibhayāni, tathārūpesu bhikkhu senāsanesu viharanto ākaṅkhamāno tiṇṇaṃ cīvarānaṃ aññataraṃ cīvaraṃ antaraghare nikkhipeyya.

安居至迦提迦满月时,住于被认为危险、恐怖的林野住处的比丘,有意欲的可将三衣中的任一衣保存在村舍内。

Siyā ca tassa bhikkhuno kocid eva paccayo tena cīvarena vippavāsāya, chārattaparamaṃ tena bhikkhunā tena cīvarena vippavasitabbaṃ. Tato ce uttari vippavaseyya, aññatra bhikkhusammutiyā, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

若彼比丘有某因缘而离此衣,彼比丘可离此衣最多六夜。若离衣过此者,除比丘许可,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Pariṇatasikkhāpadaṃ

30. Yo pana bhikkhu jānaṃ saṅghikaṃ lābhaṃ pariṇataṃ attano pariṇāmeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘明知而将已分配给僧团的利养分配给自己,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Pattavaggo tatiyo.

Uddiṭṭhā kho āyasmanto tiṃsa nissaggiyā pācittiyā dhammā.

Tatth’āyasmante pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, dutiyam pi pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, tatiyam pi pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, parisuddh’etth’āyasmanto, tasmā tuṇhī, evam etaṃ dhārayāmī ti.

Ime kho pan’āyasmanto dvenavuti pācittiyā dhammā uddesaṃ āgacchanti.

诸大德!再来诵九十二波逸提法。

Musāvādasikkhāpadaṃ

1. Sampajānamusāvāde, pācittiyaṃ.

知而妄语者,为波逸提。

Omasavādasikkhāpadaṃ

2. Omasavāde, pācittiyaṃ.

骂詈语者,为波逸提。

Pesuññasikkhāpadaṃ

3. Bhikkhupesuññe, pācittiyaṃ.

诽谤比丘者,为波逸提。

Padasodhammasikkhāpadaṃ

4. Yo pana bhikkhu anupasampannaṃ padaso dhammaṃ vāceyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘教未受具足者逐句诵法,为波逸提。

Paṭhamasahaseyyasikkhāpadaṃ

5. Yo pana bhikkhu anupasampannena uttari-diratta-tirattaṃ sahaseyyaṃ kappeyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘与未受具足者同宿过二三夜,为波逸提。

Dutiyasahaseyyasikkhāpadaṃ

6. Yo pana bhikkhu mātugāmena sahaseyyaṃ kappeyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘与女人同宿,为波逸提。

Dhammadesanāsikkhāpadaṃ

7. Yo pana bhikkhu mātugāmassa uttari-chappañca-vācāhi dhammaṃ deseyya, aññatra viññunā purisaviggahena, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘对女人说法过五六句,除有智男子,为波逸提。

Bhūtārocanasikkhāpadaṃ

8. Yo pana bhikkhu anupasampannassa uttarimanussadhammaṃ āroceyya, bhūtasmiṃ, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘对未受具足者宣说上人法,真实者,为波逸提。

Duṭṭhullārocanasikkhāpadaṃ

9. Yo pana bhikkhu bhikkhussa duṭṭhullaṃ āpattiṃ anupasampannassa āroceyya, aññatra bhikkhusammutiyā, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘对未受具足者宣说比丘的粗重罪,除比丘许可,为波逸提。

Pathavīkhaṇanasikkhāpadaṃ

10. Yo pana bhikkhu pathaviṃ khaṇeyya vā khaṇāpeyya vā pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘掘地或教人掘地,为波逸提。

Musāvādavaggo paṭhamo.

Bhūtagāmasikkhāpadaṃ

11. Bhūtagāmapātabyatāya, pācittiyaṃ.

毁坏生物者,为波逸提。

Aññavādakasikkhāpadaṃ

12. Aññavādake vihesake, pācittiyaṃ.

言他而恼乱者,为波逸提。

Ujjhāpanakasikkhāpadaṃ

13. Ujjhāpanake khiyyanake, pācittiyaṃ.

嫌毁而轻贱者,为波逸提。

Paṭhamasenāsanasikkhāpadaṃ

14. Yo pana bhikkhu saṅghikaṃ mañcaṃ vā pīṭhaṃ vā bhisiṃ vā kocchaṃ vā ajjhokāse santharitvā vā santharāpetvā vā taṃ pakkamanto n’eva uddhareyya na uddharāpeyya, anāpucchaṃ vā gaccheyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘在露地敷设或教人敷设僧伽的床、椅、床褥、坐褥后,离开时既不收也不教人收,或不问而行,为波逸提。

Dutiyasenāsanasikkhāpadaṃ

15. Yo pana bhikkhu saṅghike vihāre seyyaṃ santharitvā vā santharāpetvā vā taṃ pakkamanto n’eva uddhareyya na uddharāpeyya, anāpucchaṃ vā gaccheyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘在僧伽的精舍内敷设或教人敷设卧具后,离开时既不收也不教人收,或不问而行,为波逸提。

Anupakhajjasikkhāpadaṃ

16. Yo pana bhikkhu saṅghike vihāre jānaṃ pubbupagataṃ bhikkhuṃ anupakhajja seyyaṃ kappeyya “yassa sambādho bhavissati, so pakkamissatī” ti etad eva paccayaṃ karitvā anaññaṃ, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘在僧伽的精舍内明知侵占先到的比丘而止宿——「他若觉得拥挤就会离开」,仅为此因缘作,而非其他,为波逸提。

Nikkaḍḍhanasikkhāpadaṃ

17. Yo pana bhikkhu bhikkhuṃ kupito anattamano saṅghikā vihārā nikkaḍḍheyya vā nikkaḍḍhāpeyya vā, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘瞋恚、不喜而从僧伽的精舍中驱赶或教人驱赶比丘,为波逸提。

Vehāsakuṭisikkhāpadaṃ

18. Yo pana bhikkhu saṅghike vihāre upari-vehāsa-kuṭiyā āhaccapādakaṃ mañcaṃ vā pīṭhaṃ vā abhinisīdeyya vā abhinipajjeyya vā, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘在僧伽的精舍内的阁楼上,或坐或卧于脚可拆卸的床椅上,为波逸提。

Mahallakavihārasikkhāpadaṃ

19. Mahallakaṃ pana bhikkhunā vihāraṃ kārayamānena yāva dvārakosā aggaḷa-ṭṭhapanāya ālokasandhi-parikammāya dvatticchadanassa pariyāyaṃ appaharite ṭhitena adhiṭṭhātabbaṃ, tato ce uttari appaharite pi ṭhito adhiṭṭhaheyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘使人建造大精舍,为安置门闩、准备窗户,直到门边,应站在无草处指示二三层屋盖的方法,若过此者,即便站在无草处指示,为波逸提。

Sappāṇakasikkhāpadaṃ

20. Yo pana bhikkhu jānaṃ sappāṇakaṃ udakaṃ tiṇaṃ vā mattikaṃ vā siñceyya vā siñcāpeyya vā, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘明知而将含有生物的水泼或教人泼到草上或土上,为波逸提。

Bhūtagāmavaggo dutiyo.

Ovādasikkhāpadaṃ

21. Yo pana bhikkhu asammato bhikkhuniyo ovadeyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘未经同意即教诫诸比丘尼,为波逸提。

Atthaṅgatasikkhāpadaṃ

22. Sammato pi ce bhikkhu atthaṅgate sūriye bhikkhuniyo ovadeyya, pācittiyaṃ.

即经同意,若比丘在日落后教诫诸比丘尼,为波逸提。

Bhikkhunupassayasikkhāpadaṃ

23. Yo pana bhikkhu bhikkhunupassayaṃ upasaṅkamitvā bhikkhuniyo ovadeyya, aññatra samayā, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘前往比丘尼的住所教诫诸比丘尼,除适时,为波逸提。

Tatthāyaṃ samayo, gilānā hoti bhikkhunī, ayaṃ tattha samayo.

这里的适时是,比丘尼生病,这是这里的适时。

Āmisasikkhāpadaṃ

24. Yo pana bhikkhu evaṃ vadeyya “āmisahetu therā bhikkhū bhikkhuniyo ovadantī” ti, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘如是说——「诸上座比丘为利养故而教诫诸比丘尼」,为波逸提。

Cīvaradānasikkhāpadaṃ

25. Yo pana bhikkhu aññātikāya bhikkhuniyā cīvaraṃ dadeyya, aññatra pārivattakā, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘给予非亲属的比丘尼衣,除交换,为波逸提。

Cīvarasibbanasikkhāpadaṃ

26. Yo pana bhikkhu aññātikāya bhikkhuniyā cīvaraṃ sibbeyya vā sibbāpeyya vā, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘为非亲属的比丘尼缝或教人缝衣,为波逸提。

Saṃvidhānasikkhāpadaṃ

27. Yo pana bhikkhu bhikkhuniyā saddhiṃ saṃvidhāya ekaddhānamaggaṃ paṭipajjeyya, antamaso gāmantaram pi, aññatra samayā, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘与比丘尼相约而行于同一道路,乃至仅至邻村,除适时,为波逸提。

Tatthāyaṃ samayo, satthagamanīyo hoti maggo, sāsaṅkasammato, sappaṭibhayo, ayaṃ tattha samayo.

这里的适时是,道路为商旅所行,被认为有危险、有恐怖,这是这里的适时。

Nāvābhiruhanasikkhāpadaṃ

28. Yo pana bhikkhu bhikkhuniyā saddhiṃ saṃvidhāya ekaṃ nāvaṃ abhiruheyya uddhaṃgāminiṃ vā adhogāminiṃ vā, aññatra tiriyaṃ taraṇāya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘与比丘尼相约而登同一条船去上游或下游,除横渡,为波逸提。

Paripācitasikkhāpadaṃ

29. Yo pana bhikkhu jānaṃ bhikkhuniparipācitaṃ piṇḍapātaṃ bhuñjeyya, aññatra pubbe gihisamārambhā, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘明知而食用由比丘尼斡旋而得的饮食,除非先前在家人已准备,为波逸提。

Rahonisajjasikkhāpadaṃ

30. Yo pana bhikkhu bhikkhuniyā saddhiṃ eko ekāya raho nisajjaṃ kappeyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘隐密地与比丘尼一对一而坐,为波逸提。

Ovādavaggo tatiyo.

Āvasathapiṇḍasikkhāpadaṃ

31. Agilānena bhikkhunā eko āvasathapiṇḍo bhuñjitabbo, tato ce uttari bhuñjeyya, pācittiyaṃ.

无病比丘可以食用一次施处食,若食用过此者,为波逸提。

Gaṇabhojanasikkhāpadaṃ

32. Gaṇabhojane, aññatra samayā, pācittiyaṃ.

别众食者,除适时,为波逸提。

Tatthāyaṃ samayo, gilānasamayo, cīvaradānasamayo, cīvarakārasamayo, addhānagamanasamayo, nāvābhiruhanasamayo, mahāsamayo, samaṇabhattasamayo, ayaṃ tattha samayo.

这里的适时是,病时,施衣时,作衣时,旅行时,乘船时,大众会时,沙门食时,这是这里的适时。

Paramparabhojanasikkhāpadaṃ

33. Paramparabhojane, aññatra samayā, pācittiyaṃ.

辗转食者,除适时,为波逸提。

Tatthāyaṃ samayo, gilānasamayo, cīvaradānasamayo, cīvarakārasamayo, ayaṃ tattha samayo.

这里的适时是,病时,施衣时,作衣时,这是这里的适时。

Kāṇamātusikkhāpadaṃ

34. Bhikkhuṃ pan’eva kulaṃ upagataṃ pūvehi vā manthehi vā abhihaṭṭhuṃ pavāreyya, ākaṅkhamānena bhikkhunā dvattipattapūrā paṭiggahetabbā, tato ce uttari paṭiggaṇheyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若拿饼或干粮来邀请前往俗家的比丘,有意欲的比丘可以接受二三钵,若接受过此者,为波逸提。

Dvattipattapūre paṭiggahetvā tato nīharitvā bhikkhūhi saddhiṃ saṃvibhajitabbaṃ, ayaṃ tattha sāmīci.

接受二三钵后,应从彼处带回与诸比丘分享,这是这里的规则。

Paṭhamapavāraṇāsikkhāpadaṃ

35. Yo pana bhikkhu bhuttāvī pavārito anatirittaṃ khādanīyaṃ vā bhojanīyaṃ vā khādeyya vā bhuñjeyya vā, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘已足食而吃或食非余食的硬食或软食,为波逸提。

Dutiyapavāraṇāsikkhāpadaṃ

36. Yo pana bhikkhu bhikkhuṃ bhuttāviṃ pavāritaṃ anatirittena khādanīyena vā bhojanīyena vā abhihaṭṭhuṃ pavāreyya “handa bhikkhu khāda vā bhuñja vā” ti jānaṃ āsādanāpekkho, bhuttasmiṃ, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘拿非余食的硬食或软食来邀请已足食的比丘——「哎,比丘!请吃,请食」,明知而期望攻击,已食用者,为波逸提。

Vikālabhojanasikkhāpadaṃ

37. Yo pana bhikkhu vikāle khādanīyaṃ vā bhojanīyaṃ vā khādeyya vā bhuñjeyya vā, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘在非时或吃硬食、或食软食,为波逸提。

Sannidhikārakasikkhāpadaṃ

38. Yo pana bhikkhu sannidhikārakaṃ khādanīyaṃ vā bhojanīyaṃ vā khādeyya vā bhuñjeyya vā, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘吃或食贮藏的硬食或软食,为波逸提。

Paṇītabhojanasikkhāpadaṃ

39. Yāni kho pana tāni paṇītabhojanāni, seyyathidaṃ — sappi, navanītaṃ, telaṃ, madhu, phāṇitaṃ, maccho, maṃsaṃ, khīraṃ, dadhi.

凡诸上等食物,即熟酥、生酥、油、蜜、糖、鱼、肉、乳、酪。

Yo pana bhikkhu evarūpāni paṇītabhojanāni agilāno attano atthāya viññāpetvā bhuñjeyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘无病,为自己的义利乞得此种上等食物而食用,为波逸提。

Dantaponasikkhāpadaṃ

40. Yo pana bhikkhu adinnaṃ mukhadvāraṃ āhāraṃ āhareyya, aññatra udakadantaponā, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘把未给予的食物送入口中,除水及牙具,为波逸提。

Bhojanavaggo catuttho.

Acelakasikkhāpadaṃ

41. Yo pana bhikkhu acelakassa vā paribbājakassa vā paribbājikāya vā sahatthā khādanīyaṃ vā bhojanīyaṃ vā dadeyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘从自己手中给予裸行者、男游行者、女游行者硬食或软食,为波逸提。

Uyyojanasikkhāpadaṃ

42. Yo pana bhikkhu bhikkhuṃ “eh’āvuso, gāmaṃ vā nigamaṃ vā piṇḍāya pavisissāmā” ti tassa dāpetvā vā adāpetvā vā uyyojeyya “gacch’āvuso, na me tayā saddhiṃ kathā vā nisajjā vā phāsu hoti, ekakassa me kathā vā nisajjā vā phāsu hotī” ti etad eva paccayaṃ karitvā anaññaṃ, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘对比丘说——「来吧,朋友!我们入村或镇去乞食」,教人给予或未教人给予彼已即驱赶——「去吧,朋友!和你一起或说或坐于我不乐,于我独自或说或坐则安乐」,仅为此因缘作,而非其他,为波逸提。

Sabhojanasikkhāpadaṃ

43. Yo pana bhikkhu sabhojane kule anupakhajja nisajjaṃ kappeyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘侵占有食之家而坐,为波逸提。

Rahopaṭicchannasikkhāpadaṃ

44. Yo pana bhikkhu mātugāmena saddhiṃ raho paṭicchanne āsane nisajjaṃ kappeyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘隐密地与女人在覆蔽的坐处而坐,为波逸提。

Rahonisajjasikkhāpadaṃ

45. Yo pana bhikkhu mātugāmena saddhiṃ eko ekāya raho nisajjaṃ kappeyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘隐密地与女人一对一而坐,为波逸提。

Cārittasikkhāpadaṃ

46. Yo pana bhikkhu nimantito sabhatto samāno santaṃ bhikkhuṃ anāpucchā purebhattaṃ vā pacchābhattaṃ vā kulesu cārittaṃ āpajjeyya, aññatra samayā, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘已受邀请而有食,不问在场的比丘即在食前或食后交际于俗家间,除适时,为波逸提。

Tatthāyaṃ samayo, cīvaradānasamayo, cīvarakārasamayo, ayaṃ tattha samayo.

这里的适时是,施衣时,作衣时,这是这里的适时。

Mahānāmasikkhāpadaṃ

47. Agilānena bhikkhunā catumāsa-ppaccaya-pavāraṇā sāditabbā, aññatra punapavāraṇāya, aññatra niccapavāraṇāya, tato ce uttari sādiyeyya, pācittiyaṃ.

无病比丘可以受用四个月资具的邀请,除再邀请,除常邀请,若受用过此者,为波逸提。

Uyyuttasenāsikkhāpadaṃ

48. Yo pana bhikkhu uyyuttaṃ senaṃ dassanāya gaccheyya, aññatra tathārūpappaccayā, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘前往观看列队的军队,除适当的因缘,为波逸提。

Senāvāsasikkhāpadaṃ

49. Siyā ca tassa bhikkhuno kocid eva paccayo senaṃ gamanāya, dirattatirattaṃ tena bhikkhunā senāya vasitabbaṃ, tato ce uttari vaseyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘有某因缘前往军队,彼比丘可以在军队中住二三夜,若住过此者,为波逸提。

Uyyodhikasikkhāpadaṃ

50. Dirattatirattaṃ ce bhikkhu senāya vasamāno uyyodhikaṃ vā balaggaṃ vā senābyūhaṃ vā anīkadassanaṃ vā gaccheyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘在军队中住二三夜,前往演习、或将军、或列阵、或阅兵,为波逸提。

Acelakavaggo pañcamo.

Surāpānasikkhāpadaṃ

51. Surā-meraya-pāne, pācittiyaṃ.

饮谷酒、果酒者,为波逸提。

Aṅgulipatodakasikkhāpadaṃ

52. Aṅguli-patodake, pācittiyaṃ.

以指戳者,为波逸提。

Hasadhammasikkhāpadaṃ

53. Udake hasadhamme, pācittiyaṃ.

水中嬉戏者,为波逸提。

Anādariyasikkhāpadaṃ

54. Anādariye, pācittiyaṃ.

不恭敬者,为波逸提。

Bhiṃsāpanasikkhāpadaṃ

55. Yo pana bhikkhu bhikkhuṃ bhiṃsāpeyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘恐吓比丘,为波逸提。

Jotisikkhāpadaṃ

56. Yo pana bhikkhu agilāno visibbanāpekkho jotiṃ samādaheyya vā samādahāpeyya vā, aññatra tathārūpappaccayā, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘无病而期望取暖,燃火或教人燃火,除适当的因缘,为波逸提。

Nahānasikkhāpadaṃ

57. Yo pana bhikkhu orenaddhamāsaṃ nahāyeyya, aññatra samayā, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘尚未半月即洗澡,除适时,为波逸提。

Tatthāyaṃ samayo “diyaḍḍho māso seso gimhānan” ti “vassānassa paṭhamo māso” icc ete aḍḍhateyyamāsā uṇhasamayo, pariḷāhasamayo, gilānasamayo, kammasamayo, addhānagamanasamayo, vātavuṭṭhisamayo, ayaṃ tattha samayo.

这里的适时是,「热季的最后一个半月」、「雨季的第一个月」等两个半月为热时,烧时,病时,作业时,旅行时,风雨时,这是这里的适时。

Dubbaṇṇakaraṇasikkhāpadaṃ

58. Navaṃ pana bhikkhunā cīvaralābhena tiṇṇaṃ dubbaṇṇakaraṇānaṃ aññataraṃ dubbaṇṇakaraṇaṃ ādātabbaṃ nīlaṃ vā kaddamaṃ vā kāḷasāmaṃ vā.

比丘获得的新衣,应取三种坏色中的任一种坏色,青色、泥色或黑褐色。

Anādā ce bhikkhu tiṇṇaṃ dubbaṇṇakaraṇānaṃ aññataraṃ dubbaṇṇakaraṇaṃ navaṃ cīvaraṃ paribhuñjeyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘未取三种坏色中的任一种坏色而穿用新衣,为波逸提。

Vikappanasikkhāpadaṃ

59. Yo pana bhikkhu bhikkhussa vā bhikkhuniyā vā sikkhamānāya vā sāmaṇerassa vā sāmaṇeriyā vā sāmaṃ cīvaraṃ vikappetvā appaccuddhāraṇaṃ paribhuñjeyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘自己把衣分配给比丘、比丘尼、式叉摩那、沙弥或沙弥尼后,未经舍弃即穿用,为波逸提。

Apanidhānasikkhāpadaṃ

60. Yo pana bhikkhu bhikkhussa pattaṃ vā cīvaraṃ vā nisīdanaṃ vā sūcigharaṃ vā kāyabandhanaṃ vā apanidheyya vā apanidhāpeyya vā, antamaso hasāpekkho pi, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘藏匿或教人藏匿比丘的钵、衣、坐具、针筒或腰带,乃至仅为嬉戏,为波逸提。

Surāpānavaggo chaṭṭho.

Sañciccasikkhāpadaṃ

61. Yo pana bhikkhu sañcicca pāṇaṃ jīvitā voropeyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘故意夺去生物之命,为波逸提。

Sappāṇakasikkhāpadaṃ

62. Yo pana bhikkhu jānaṃ sappāṇakaṃ udakaṃ paribhuñjeyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘明知而服用有生物的水,为波逸提。

Ukkoṭanasikkhāpadaṃ

63. Yo pana bhikkhu jānaṃ yathādhammaṃ nihatādhikaraṇaṃ punakammāya ukkoṭeyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘明知而为再次羯磨重开如法裁决的诤论,为波逸提。

Duṭṭhullasikkhāpadaṃ

64. Yo pana bhikkhu bhikkhussa jānaṃ duṭṭhullaṃ āpattiṃ paṭicchādeyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘明知而覆藏比丘的粗重罪,为波逸提。

Ūnavīsativassasikkhāpadaṃ

65. Yo pana bhikkhu jānaṃ ūnavīsativassaṃ puggalaṃ upasampādeyya, so ca puggalo anupasampanno, te ca bhikkhū gārayhā, idaṃ tasmiṃ pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘明知而为未满二十岁的人授具足戒,则此人未受具足,而彼等诸比丘应呵,这于此为波逸提。

Theyyasatthasikkhāpadaṃ

66. Yo pana bhikkhu jānaṃ theyyasatthena saddhiṃ saṃvidhāya ekaddhānamaggaṃ paṭipajjeyya, antamaso gāmantaram pi, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘明知而与盗贼商队相约而行于同一道路,乃至仅至邻村,为波逸提。

Saṃvidhānasikkhāpadaṃ

67. Yo pana bhikkhu mātugāmena saddhiṃ saṃvidhāya ekaddhānamaggaṃ paṭipajjeyya, antamaso gāmantaram pi, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘与女人相约而行于同一道路,乃至仅至邻村,为波逸提。

Ariṭṭhasikkhāpadaṃ

68. Yo pana bhikkhu evaṃ vadeyya “tathāhaṃ Bhagavatā dhammaṃ desitaṃ ājānāmi, yathā ye’me antarāyikā dhammā vuttā Bhagavatā, te paṭisevato nālaṃ antarāyāyā” ti.

若比丘如是说——「我如是知世尊所说之法,即世尊所说的这些障碍法,从事于彼不足为碍」。

So bhikkhu bhikkhūhi evam assa vacanīyo “māyasmā evaṃ avaca, mā Bhagavantaṃ abbhācikkhi, na hi sādhu Bhagavato abbhakkhānaṃ, na hi Bhagavā evaṃ vadeyya, anekapariyāyen’āvuso antarāyikā dhammā antarāyikā vuttā Bhagavatā, alañ ca pana te paṭisevato antarāyāyā” ti.

诸比丘应如是告彼比丘——「大德!莫作此说,莫谤世尊,诽谤世尊实在不善,世尊实在不会如此说。朋友!世尊以多种方法说障碍法为障碍,从事于彼适足为碍」。

Evañ ca so bhikkhu bhikkhūhi vuccamāno tath’eva paggaṇheyya, so bhikkhu bhikkhūhi yāvatatiyaṃ samanubhāsitabbo tassa paṭinissaggāya, yāvatatiyañ ce samanubhāsiyamāno taṃ paṭinissajjeyya, icc etaṃ kusalaṃ, no ce paṭinissajjeyya, pācittiyaṃ.

诸比丘如是告已,彼比丘若仍如是执取,诸比丘应三次劝告彼比丘使舍弃之,若经三次劝告而舍弃之,如此甚好,若不舍弃,为波逸提。

Ukkhittasambhogasikkhāpadaṃ

69. Yo pana bhikkhu jānaṃ tathāvādinā bhikkhunā akaṭānudhammena taṃ diṭṭhiṃ appaṭinissaṭṭhena saddhiṃ sambhuñjeyya vā, saṃvaseyya vā, saha vā seyyaṃ kappeyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘明知而与如是说且未随法作、未舍弃此见的比丘同吃、同住或同宿,为波逸提。

Kaṇṭakasikkhāpadaṃ

70. Samaṇuddeso pi ce evaṃ vadeyya “tathāhaṃ Bhagavatā dhammaṃ desitaṃ ājānāmi, yathā ye’me antarāyikā dhammā vuttā Bhagavatā, te paṭisevato nālaṃ antarāyāyā” ti.

若沙弥也如是说——「我如是知世尊所说之法,即世尊所说的这些障碍法,从事于彼不足为碍」。

So samaṇuddeso bhikkhūhi evam assa vacanīyo “māvuso, samaṇuddesa evaṃ avaca, mā Bhagavantaṃ abbhācikkhi, na hi sādhu Bhagavato abbhakkhānaṃ, na hi Bhagavā evaṃ vadeyya, anekapariyāyen’āvuso, samaṇuddesa antarāyikā dhammā antarāyikā vuttā Bhagavatā, alañ ca pana te paṭisevato antarāyāyā” ti.

诸比丘应如是告彼沙弥——「朋友沙弥!莫作此说,莫谤世尊,诽谤世尊实在不善,世尊实在不会如此说。朋友沙弥!世尊以多种方法说障碍法为障碍,从事于彼适足为碍」。

Evañ ca so samaṇuddeso bhikkhūhi vuccamāno tath’eva paggaṇheyya, so samaṇuddeso bhikkhūhi evam assa vacanīyo “ajjatagge te, āvuso, samaṇuddesa na c’eva so Bhagavā satthā apadisitabbo, yam pi c’aññe samaṇuddesā labhanti bhikkhūhi saddhiṃ dirattatirattaṃ sahaseyyaṃ, sāpi te natthi, cara pi re, vinassā” ti.

诸比丘如是告已,彼沙弥若仍如是执取,诸比丘应如是告彼沙弥——「朋友沙弥!今后你不可称世尊为师,其他的沙弥能与诸比丘同宿二三夜,你不可以,哎,走吧,消失吧」。

Yo pana bhikkhu jānaṃ tathānāsitaṃ samaṇuddesaṃ upalāpeyya vā, upaṭṭhāpeyya vā, sambhuñjeyya vā, saha vā seyyaṃ kappeyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘明知而与如是灭摈的沙弥谈论,或令侍奉,或同吃、同宿,为波逸提。

Sappāṇakavaggo sattamo.

Sahadhammikasikkhāpadaṃ

71. Yo pana bhikkhu bhikkhūhi sahadhammikaṃ vuccamāno evaṃ vadeyya “na tāvāhaṃ, āvuso, etasmiṃ sikkhāpade sikkhissāmi, yāva na aññaṃ bhikkhuṃ byattaṃ vinayadharaṃ paripucchāmī” ti, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘经诸比丘如法而告,如是说——「朋友!直到我遍问另一有能的持律比丘前,我将不学此学处」,为波逸提。

Sikkhamānena, bhikkhave, bhikkhunā aññātabbaṃ paripucchitabbaṃ paripañhitabbaṃ, ayaṃ tattha sāmīci.

诸比丘!为学的比丘应了知、应遍问、应遍审,这是这里的规则。

Vilekhanasikkhāpadaṃ

72. Yo pana bhikkhu pātimokkhe uddissamāne evaṃ vadeyya “kiṃ pan’imehi khuddānukhuddakehi sikkhāpadehi uddiṭṭhehi, yāvad eva kukkuccāya vihesāya vilekhāya saṃvattantī” ti, sikkhāpadavivaṇṇake, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘在诵波罗提木叉时如是说——「为何要诵这些小随小学处,它们只会引起恶作、恼害、混乱」,诽谤学处者,为波逸提。

Mohanasikkhāpadaṃ

73. Yo pana bhikkhu anvaddhamāsaṃ pātimokkhe uddissamāne evaṃ vadeyya “idān’eva kho ahaṃ jānāmi, ayam pi kira dhammo suttāgato suttapariyāpanno anvaddhamāsaṃ uddesaṃ āgacchatī” ti.

若比丘在每半月诵波罗提木叉时如是说——「现在我才知道,这法实为经之所来、经之所属,每半月来诵」。

Tañ ce bhikkhuṃ aññe bhikkhū jāneyyuṃ nisinnapubbaṃ iminā bhikkhunā dvattikkhattuṃ pātimokkhe uddissamāne, ko pana vādo bhiyyo.

若其他诸比丘知道彼比丘——「此比丘在诵波罗提木叉时已坐过二三次,为何还要再说」。

Na ca tassa bhikkhuno aññāṇakena mutti atthi, yañ ca tattha āpattiṃ āpanno, tañ ca yathādhammo kāretabbo, uttari c’assa moho āropetabbo “tassa te, āvuso, alābhā, tassa te dulladdhaṃ, yaṃ tvaṃ pātimokkhe uddissamānena sādhukaṃ aṭṭhiṃ katvā manasi karosī” ti, idaṃ tasmiṃ mohanake pācittiyaṃ.

彼比丘不得以无知而开脱,于此已犯之罪应如法对待,更应指责其愚痴——「朋友!这对你无利,这对你无得,你在诵波罗提木叉时未善用心、作意」,这于彼愚痴之人为波逸提。

Pahārasikkhāpadaṃ

74. Yo pana bhikkhu bhikkhussa kupito anattamano pahāraṃ dadeyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘瞋恚、不喜而打比丘,为波逸提。

Talasattikasikkhāpadaṃ

75. Yo pana bhikkhu bhikkhussa kupito anattamano talasattikaṃ uggireyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘瞋恚、不喜而对比丘举手作打,为波逸提。

Amūlakasikkhāpadaṃ

76. Yo pana bhikkhu bhikkhuṃ amūlakena saṅghādisesena anuddhaṃseyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘以无根据的僧残诽谤比丘,为波逸提。

Sañciccasikkhāpadaṃ

77. Yo pana bhikkhu bhikkhussa sañcicca kukkuccaṃ upadaheyya “iti’ssa muhuttam pi aphāsu bhavissatī” ti etad eva paccayaṃ karitvā anaññaṃ, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘故意导致比丘恶作——「如此他将有片刻的不安」,仅为此因缘作,而非其他,为波逸提。

Upassutisikkhāpadaṃ

78. Yo pana bhikkhu bhikkhūnaṃ bhaṇḍanajātānaṃ kalahajātānaṃ vivādāpannānaṃ upassutiṃ tiṭṭheyya “yaṃ ime bhaṇissanti, taṃ sossāmī” ti etad eva paccayaṃ karitvā anaññaṃ, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘驻足窃听发生争吵、发生不和、从事诤论的比丘们——「我要听听他们说的」,仅为此因缘作,而非其他,为波逸提。

Kammappaṭibāhanasikkhāpadaṃ

79. Yo pana bhikkhu dhammikānaṃ kammānaṃ chandaṃ datvā pacchā khīyanadhammaṃ āpajjeyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘对如法的羯磨给欲已,之后又生不平,为波逸提。

Chandaṃadatvāgamanasikkhāpadaṃ

80. Yo pana bhikkhu saṅghe vinicchayakathāya vattamānāya chandaṃ adatvā uṭṭhāyāsanā pakkameyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘在僧伽作裁决时,不给欲即从坐起而离开,为波逸提。

Dubbalasikkhāpadaṃ

81. Yo pana bhikkhu samaggena saṅghena cīvaraṃ datvā pacchā khīyanadhammaṃ āpajjeyya “yathāsanthutaṃ bhikkhū saṅghikaṃ lābhaṃ pariṇāmentī” ti, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘给与和合的僧团衣已,之后又生不平——「诸比丘随亲疏地分配僧团的利养」,为波逸提。

Pariṇāmanasikkhāpadaṃ

82. Yo pana bhikkhu jānaṃ saṅghikaṃ lābhaṃ pariṇataṃ puggalassa pariṇāmeyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘明知而将已分配给僧团的利养分配给个人,为波逸提。

Sahadhammikavaggo aṭṭhamo.

Antepurasikkhāpadaṃ

83. Yo pana bhikkhu rañño khattiyassa muddhābhisittassa anikkhantarājake aniggataratanake pubbe appaṭisaṃvidito indakhīlaṃ atikkāmeyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘之前未告知而越过已灌顶的刹帝利王的门槛,而王未离开、宝未出来者,为波逸提。

Ratanasikkhāpadaṃ

84. Yo pana bhikkhu ratanaṃ vā ratanasammataṃ vā, aññatra ajjhārāmā vā ajjhāvasathā vā uggaṇheyya vā uggaṇhāpeyya vā, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘捉持或教人捉持宝或类似宝者,除自园或自住处,为波逸提。

Ratanaṃ vā pana bhikkhunā ratanasammataṃ vā ajjhārāme vā ajjhāvasathe vā uggahetvā vā uggahāpetvā vā nikkhipitabbaṃ “yassa bhavissati, so harissatī” ti, ayaṃ tattha sāmīci.

比丘在自园或自住处捉持或教人捉持宝或类似宝者后,应保存——「物主将会拿去」,这是这里的规则。

Vikālagāmappavesanasikkhāpadaṃ

85. Yo pana bhikkhu santaṃ bhikkhuṃ anāpucchā vikāle gāmaṃ paviseyya, aññatra tathārūpā accāyikā karaṇīyā, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘不问在场的比丘,于非时入村,除有非常之事应作,为波逸提。

Sūcigharasikkhāpadaṃ

86. Yo pana bhikkhu aṭṭhimayaṃ vā dantamayaṃ vā visāṇamayaṃ vā sūcigharaṃ kārāpeyya, bhedanakaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘教人做骨制、牙制、角制的针筒,应打碎、为波逸提。

Mañcapīṭhasikkhāpadaṃ

87. Navaṃ pana bhikkhunā mañcaṃ vā pīṭhaṃ vā kārayamānena aṭṭhaṅgulapādakaṃ kāretabbaṃ sugataṅgulena, aññatra heṭṭhimāya aṭaniyā, taṃ atikkāmayato, chedanakaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

比丘教人做新的床或椅,应做八善逝指高的脚,除底部框架,过此者,应截断、为波逸提。

Tūlonaddhasikkhāpadaṃ

88. Yo pana bhikkhu mañcaṃ vā pīṭhaṃ vā tūlonaddhaṃ kārāpeyya, uddālanakaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘教人做覆以棉花的床或椅,应破坏、为波逸提。

Nisīdanasikkhāpadaṃ

89. Nisīdanaṃ pana bhikkhunā kārayamānena pamāṇikaṃ kāretabbaṃ, tatr’idaṃ pamāṇaṃ, dīghaso dve vidatthiyo sugatavidatthiyā, tiriyaṃ diyaḍḍhaṃ, dasā vidatthi, taṃ atikkāmayato, chedanakaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

比丘教人做坐具,应按量做,其量为长二张善逝张手、宽一张半、缘一张手,过此者,应截断、为波逸提。

比丘教人做雨浴衣,应按量做,其量为长六张善逝张手、宽二张半,过此者,应截断、为波逸提。

Nandasikkhāpadaṃ

92. Yo pana bhikkhu sugatacīvarappamāṇaṃ cīvaraṃ kārāpeyya, atirekaṃ vā, chedanakaṃ pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘教人做善逝衣量之衣或过此者,应截断、为波逸提。

Tatr’idaṃ sugatassa sugatacīvarappamāṇaṃ, dīghaso nava vidatthiyo sugatavidatthiyā, tiriyaṃ cha vidatthiyo, idaṃ sugatassa sugatacīvarappamāṇan ti.

善逝的善逝衣量为长九张善逝张手、宽六张手,这是善逝的善逝衣量。

1. Yo pana bhikkhu aññātikāya bhikkhuniyā antaragharaṃ paviṭṭhāya hatthato khādanīyaṃ vā bhojanīyaṃ vā sahatthā paṭiggahetvā khādeyya vā bhuñjeyya vā, paṭidesetabbaṃ tena bhikkhunā “gārayhaṃ, āvuso, dhammaṃ āpajjiṃ asappāyaṃ pāṭidesanīyaṃ, taṃ paṭidesemī” ti.

若比丘亲手从已入村的非亲属的比丘尼手中接受硬食或软食后或吃或食,彼比丘应悔过——「朋友!我犯了应呵责、不适当、应悔过之法,我对此悔过」。

Dutiyapāṭidesanīyasikkhāpadaṃ

2. Bhikkhū pan’eva kulesu nimantitā bhuñjanti, tatra ce sā bhikkhunī vosāsamānarūpā ṭhitā hoti “idha sūpaṃ detha, idha odanaṃ dethā” ti. Tehi bhikkhūhi sā bhikkhunī apasādetabbā “apasakka tāva bhagini, yāva bhikkhū bhuñjantī” ti.

诸比丘受邀请在俗家进食,若那里有比丘尼站立指使——「这里给汤,这里给饭」,彼诸比丘应叱责彼比丘尼——「姊妹!比丘们吃饭时请走开」。

Ekassa pi ce bhikkhuno na paṭibhāseyya taṃ bhikkhuniṃ apasādetuṃ “apasakka tāva bhagini, yāva bhikkhū bhuñjantī” ti, paṭidesetabbaṃ tehi bhikkhūhi “gārayhaṃ, āvuso, dhammaṃ āpajjimhā asappāyaṃ pāṭidesanīyaṃ, taṃ paṭidesemā” ti.

若没有一个比丘作回应去叱责彼比丘尼——「姊妹!比丘们吃饭时请走开」,彼诸比丘应悔过——「朋友!我们犯了应呵责、不适当、应悔过之法,我们对此悔过」。

Tatiyapāṭidesanīyasikkhāpadaṃ

3. Yāni kho pana tāni sekkhasammatāni kulāni, yo pana bhikkhu tathārūpesu sekkhasammatesu kulesu pubbe animantito agilāno khādanīyaṃ vā, bhojanīyaṃ vā sahatthā paṭiggahetvā khādeyya vā, bhuñjeyya vā, paṭidesetabbaṃ tena bhikkhunā “gārayhaṃ, āvuso, dhammaṃ āpajjiṃ asappāyaṃ pāṭidesanīyaṃ, taṃ paṭidesemī” ti.

凡被认定为有学的俗家,若比丘无病且之前未受邀请,在如是被认定为有学的俗家亲手接受硬食或软食后或吃或食,彼比丘应悔过——「朋友!我犯了应呵责、不适当、应悔过之法,我对此悔过」。

Catutthapāṭidesanīyasikkhāpadaṃ

4. Yāni kho pana tāni āraññakāni senāsanāni sāsaṅkasammatāni sappaṭibhayāni, yo pana bhikkhu tathārūpesu senāsanesu pubbe appaṭisaṃviditaṃ khādanīyaṃ vā, bhojanīyaṃ vā ajjhārāme sahatthā paṭiggahetvā agilāno khādeyya vā, bhuñjeyya vā, paṭidesetabbaṃ tena bhikkhunā “gārayhaṃ, āvuso, dhammaṃ āpajjiṃ asappāyaṃ pāṭidesanīyaṃ, taṃ paṭidesemī” ti.

凡被认定为危险、恐怖的林野住处,若在如是住处的比丘无病且之前未告知,在自园内亲手接受硬食或软食后或吃或食,彼比丘应悔过——「朋友!我犯了应呵责、不适当、应悔过之法,我对此悔过」。

36. Na sūpaṃ vā byañjanaṃ vā odanena paṭicchādessāmi bhiyyokamyataṃ upādāyā ti sikkhā karaṇīyā.

我当不用饭覆盖羹或调味品以获取更多,应学。

Uddiṭṭhā kho āyasmanto sekhiyā dhammā.

Tatth’āyasmante pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, dutiyam pi pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, tatiyam pi pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, parisuddh’etth’āyasmanto, tasmā tuṇhī, evam etaṃ dhārayāmī ti.

Ime kho pan’āyasmanto satta adhikaraṇasamathā dhammā uddesaṃ āgacchanti.

诸大德!再来诵七灭诤法。

Uppannuppannānaṃ adhikaraṇānaṃ samathāya vūpasamāya sammukhāvinayo dātabbo.

为了熄灭、止息再再生起的诤论,应给予现前调伏。

Sativinayo dātabbo.

应给予忆念调伏。

Amūḷhavinayo dātabbo.

应给予不痴调伏。

Paṭiññāya kāretabbaṃ.

应按承认的来对待。

Yebhuyyasikā.

按多数。

Tassapāpiyasikā.

按他的罪恶。

Tiṇavatthārako ti.

以草覆盖。

Uddiṭṭhā kho āyasmanto satta adhikaraṇasamathā dhammā.

Tatth’āyasmante pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, dutiyam pi pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, tatiyam pi pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, parisuddh’etth’āyasmanto, tasmā tuṇhī, evam etaṃ dhārayāmī ti.

Adhikaraṇasamathā niṭṭhitā.

Uddiṭṭhaṃ kho āyasmanto nidānaṃ,

Uddiṭṭhā cattāro pārājikā dhammā,

Uddiṭṭhā terasa saṅghādisesā dhammā,

Uddiṭṭhā dve aniyatā dhammā,

Uddiṭṭhā tiṃsa nissaggiyā pācittiyā dhammā,

Uddiṭṭhā dvenavuti pācittiyā dhammā,

Uddiṭṭhā cattāro pāṭidesanīyā dhammā,

Uddiṭṭhā sekhiyā dhammā,

Uddiṭṭhā satta adhikaraṇasamathā dhammā,

Ettakaṃ tassa Bhagavato suttāgataṃ suttapariyāpannaṃ anvaddhamāsaṃ uddesaṃ āgacchati, tattha sabbeh’eva samaggehi sammodamānehi avivadamānehi sikkhitabban ti.

每半月来诵这些彼世尊的经之所来、经之所属,和合、欢喜、不诤之全体应于此学。
