比丘尼波罗提木叉
Bhikkhunīpātimokkha
Pubbakaraṇaṃ
Sammajjanī padīpo ca, udakaṃ āsanena ca,
uposathassa etāni, pubbakaraṇan ti vuccati.
扫帚与灯,水并床座,此等名为,布萨前行。
Pubbakiccaṃ
Chanda-pārisuddhi-utukkhānaṃ, bhikkhunigaṇanā ca ovādo,
uposathassa etāni, pubbakiccan ti vuccati.
欲与清净,宣说时节,比丘尼数,以及教诫,此等名为,布萨前务。
Pattakallaaṅgā
Uposatho, yāvatikā ca bhikkhunī kammappattā, sabhāgāpattiyo ca na vijjanti,
vajjanīyā ca puggalā tasmiṃ na honti, pattakallan ti vuccati.
为布萨日,羯磨所需之比丘尼已足,无同分之罪,无应回避者,此名为适时。
Pubbakaraṇa-pubbakiccāni samāpetvā, desitāpattikassa samaggassa bhikkhunisaṅghassa anumatiyā, pātimokkhaṃ uddisituṃ ārādhanaṃ karoma.
前行及前务已竟,在已说明其罪且和合的比丘尼僧团的允许下,我们将开始诵波罗提木叉。
Nidānuddeso
Suṇātu me ayye saṅgho. Ajj’uposatho pannaraso, yadi saṅghassa pattakallaṃ, saṅgho uposathaṃ kareyya, pātimokkhaṃ uddiseyya.
尊者!请僧团听我说!今日十五,为布萨日,若于僧团已适时,僧团应作布萨,应诵波罗提木叉。
Kiṃ saṅghassa pubbakiccaṃ? Pārisuddhiṃ ayyāyo ārocetha. Pātimokkhaṃ uddisissāmi, taṃ sabbā va santā sādhukaṃ suṇoma manasi karoma.
什么是僧团的前务?诸大德!你们当宣说清净。我将诵波罗提木叉,我们所有在场者应谛听、作意于此。
Yassā siyā āpatti, sā āvikareyya, asantiyā āpattiyā tuṇhī bhavitabbaṃ, tuṇhībhāvena kho panāyyāyo, “parisuddhā” ti vedissāmi.
若有罪者,彼当发露,无罪者应默然,以默然故,我乃知诸大德为清净。
Yathā kho pana paccekapuṭṭhassā veyyākaraṇaṃ hoti, evam evaṃ evarūpāya parisāya yāvatatiyaṃ anusāvitaṃ hoti.
正如对于个别而问者而有答,如是于此众中当有三次告白。
Yā pana bhikkhunī yāvatatiyaṃ anusāviyamāne saramānā santiṃ āpattiṃ nāvikareyya, sampajānamusāvād’assā hoti.
若忆念的比丘尼乃至三次告白,亦不发露既有之罪,于彼即为知而妄语。
Sampajānamusāvādo kho panāyyāyo, antarāyiko dhammo vutto Bhagavatā, tasmā saramānāya bhikkhuniyā āpannāya visuddhāpekkhāya santī āpatti āvikātabbā, āvikatā hi’ssā phāsu hoti.
然而,诸大德!世尊说知而妄语为障碍法,是故忆念的比丘尼已犯且欲求清净,则应发露既有之罪,发露于彼实为安乐。
Uddiṭṭhaṃ kho, ayyāyo, nidānaṃ.
诸大德!已诵序论。
Tatthāyyāyo pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, dutiyam pi pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, tatiyam pi pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, parisuddh’etthāyyāyo, tasmā tuṇhī, evam etaṃ dhārayāmī ti.
Nidānaṃ niṭṭhitaṃ.
Pārājikuddeso
Tatr’ime aṭṭha pārājikā dhammā uddesaṃ āgacchanti.
Methunadhammasikkhāpadaṃ
1. Yā pana bhikkhunī chandaso methunaṃ dhammaṃ paṭiseveyya, antamaso tiracchānagatena pi, pārājikā hoti asaṃvāsā.
若比丘尼起欲而从事淫欲法,乃至与雄性动物,为波罗夷、不共住。
Adinnādānasikkhāpadaṃ
2. Yā pana bhikkhunī gāmā vā araññā vā adinnaṃ theyyasaṅkhātaṃ ādiyeyya, yathārūpe adinnādāne rājāno coraṃ gahetvā haneyyuṃ vā bandheyyuṃ vā pabbājeyyuṃ vā corā’si bālā’si mūḷhā’si thenā’sī ti, tathārūpaṃ bhikkhunī adinnaṃ ādiyamānā, ayam pi pārājikā hoti asaṃvāsā.
若比丘尼从村落或从林野以被认为偷窃的方式而取走未给予之物,正如对于取走未给予之物,国王们捉拿盗已,会或杀、或缚、或流放——「你是盗,是愚人,是痴人,是贼」,比丘尼如此取走未给予之物,此亦为波罗夷、不共住。
Manussaviggahasikkhāpadaṃ
3. Yā pana bhikkhunī sañcicca manussaviggahaṃ jīvitā voropeyya, satthahārakaṃ vā’ssa pariyeseyya, maraṇavaṇṇaṃ vā saṃvaṇṇeyya, maraṇāya vā samādapeyya “ambho purisa, kiṃ tuyh’iminā pāpakena dujjīvitena, mataṃ te jīvitā seyyo” ti, iti cittamanā cittasaṅkappā anekapariyāyena maraṇavaṇṇaṃ vā saṃvaṇṇeyya, maraṇāya vā samādapeyya, ayam pi pārājikā hoti asaṃvāsā.
若比丘尼故意夺去人命,或为其寻凶,或赞叹死亡,或劝趣死——「哎,人啊!你为何恶苦而活?对你而言,死较生好」,有如是的心意、心思,以种种方法或赞叹死亡,或劝趣死,此亦为波罗夷、不共住。
Uttarimanussadhammasikkhāpadaṃ
4. Yā pana bhikkhunī anabhijānaṃ uttarimanussadhammaṃ attupanāyikaṃ alamariyañāṇadassanaṃ samudācareyya “iti jānāmi, iti passāmī” ti, tato aparena samayena samanuggāhīyamānā vā asamanuggāhīyamānā vā āpannā visuddhāpekkhā evaṃ vadeyya “ajānam evaṃ, ayye, avacaṃ jānāmi, apassaṃ passāmi, tucchaṃ musā vilapin” ti, aññatra adhimānā, ayam pi pārājikā hoti asaṃvāsā.
若比丘尼未证上人法,而称自己有圣智见——「我知如是,我见如是」,此后的某时若遭审问或未遭审问,已犯而欲求清净,作如是说——「尊者!我如是不知、不见而曾言我知、我见,我虚妄而说」,除增上慢,此亦为波罗夷、不共住。
Ubbhajāṇumaṇḍalikāsikkhāpadaṃ
5. Yā pana bhikkhunī avassutā avassutassa purisapuggalassa, adhakkhakaṃ ubbhajāṇumaṇḍalaṃ āmasanaṃ vā parāmasanaṃ vā gahaṇaṃ vā chupanaṃ vā paṭipīḷanaṃ vā sādiyeyya, ayam pi pārājikā hoti asaṃvāsā ubbhajāṇumaṇḍalikā.
若比丘尼心怀漏泄,受用心怀漏泄的男子自锁骨以下、膝盖以上的抚摸、触摸、捉持、按捺、或按压,此亦为波罗夷、不共住,为膝盖以上者。
Vajjappaṭicchādikāsikkhāpadaṃ
6. Yā pana bhikkhunī jānaṃ pārājikaṃ dhammaṃ ajjhāpannaṃ bhikkhuniṃ n’ev’attanā paṭicodeyya na gaṇassa āroceyya, yadā ca sā ṭhitā vā assa cutā vā nāsitā vā avassaṭā vā, sā pacchā evaṃ vadeyya “pubb’evāhaṃ, ayye, aññāsiṃ etaṃ bhikkhuniṃ ‘evarūpā ca evarūpā ca sā bhaginī’ ti, no ca kho attanā paṭicodessaṃ, na gaṇassa ārocessan” ti, ayam pi pārājikā hoti asaṃvāsā vajjappaṭicchādikā.
若比丘尼明知比丘尼已犯波罗夷法,不自叱责,亦不对众宣说,当其或住、或命终、或遭灭摈、或入外道,彼于后时作如是说——「尊者!我先时已知此比丘尼是如此如此的姊妹,我未自叱责,亦未对众宣说」,此亦为波罗夷、不共住,为覆罪者。
Ukkhittānuvattikāsikkhāpadaṃ
7. Yā pana bhikkhunī samaggena saṅghena ukkhittaṃ bhikkhuṃ dhammena vinayena satthusāsanena anādaraṃ appaṭikāraṃ akatasahāyaṃ tamanuvatteyya, sā bhikkhunī bhikkhunīhi evam assa vacanīyā “eso kho, ayye, bhikkhu samaggena saṅghena ukkhitto, dhammena vinayena satthusāsanena anādaro appaṭikāro akatasahāyo, māyye, etaṃ bhikkhuṃ anuvattī” ti.
若比丘尼追随为和合的僧团依法、依律、依大师教所摈斥的不恭敬、不忏悔、不友好的比丘,诸比丘尼应如是告彼比丘尼——「尊者!此比丘为和合的僧团依法、依律、依大师教所摈斥,不恭敬、不忏悔、不友好。尊者!莫追随此比丘」。
Evañ ca sā bhikkhunī bhikkhunīhi vuccamānā tath’eva paggaṇheyya, sā bhikkhunī bhikkhunīhi yāvatatiyaṃ samanubhāsitabbā tassa paṭinissaggāya, yāvatatiyaṃ ce samanubhāsiyamānā taṃ paṭinissajjeyya, icc etaṃ kusalaṃ, no ce paṭinissajjeyya, ayam pi pārājikā hoti asaṃvāsā ukkhittānuvattikā.
诸比丘尼如是告已,彼比丘尼若仍如是执取,诸比丘尼应三次劝告彼比丘尼使舍弃之,若经三次劝告而舍弃之,如此甚好,若不舍弃,此亦为波罗夷、不共住,为追随遭摈斥者。
Aṭṭhavatthukāsikkhāpadaṃ
8. Yā pana bhikkhunī avassutā avassutassa purisapuggalassa hatthaggahaṇaṃ vā sādiyeyya, saṅghāṭikaṇṇaggahaṇaṃ vā sādiyeyya, santiṭṭheyya vā, sallapeyya vā, saṅketaṃ vā gaccheyya, purisassa vā abbhāgamanaṃ sādiyeyya, channaṃ vā anupaviseyya, kāyaṃ vā tadatthāya upasaṃhareyya, etassa asaddhammassa paṭisevanatthāya, ayam pi pārājikā hoti asaṃvāsā aṭṭhavatthukā.
若比丘尼心怀漏泄,受用心怀漏泄的男子的握手,或受用握其僧伽梨的衣襟,或站,或语,或赴约会,或受用男子的接近,或跟随至覆蔽处,或为其利益而摆弄身体,为了受用不善法的缘故,此亦为波罗夷、不共住,为八事者。
Uddiṭṭhā kho ayyāyo aṭṭha pārājikā dhammā. Yesaṃ bhikkhunī aññataraṃ vā aññataraṃ vā āpajjitvā na labhati bhikkhunīhi saddhiṃ saṃvāsaṃ, yathā pure, tathā pacchā, pārājikā hoti asaṃvāsā.
诸大德!已诵八波罗夷法。比丘尼犯其中任一已,则不得与诸比丘尼同住,此后则如之前那样,为波罗夷、不共住。
Tatthāyyāyo pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, dutiyam pi pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, tatiyam pi pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, parisuddh’etthāyyāyo, tasmā tuṇhī, evam etaṃ dhārayāmī ti.
Pārājikaṃ niṭṭhitaṃ.
Saṅghādisesuddeso
Ime kho panāyyāyo sattarasa saṅghādisesā dhammā uddesaṃ āgacchanti.
诸大德!再来诵十七僧残法。
Ussayavādikāsikkhāpadaṃ
1. Yā pana bhikkhunī ussayavādikā vihareyya gahapatinā vā gahapatiputtena vā dāsena vā kammakārena vā, antamaso samaṇaparibbājakenāpi, ayam pi bhikkhunī paṭhamāpattikaṃ dhammaṃ āpannā nissāraṇīyaṃ saṅghādisesaṃ.
若比丘尼与居士、居士子、奴仆、傭工发生诉讼,乃至与沙门游行者,此比丘尼乃犯初次即犯的僧残法,应驱摈。
Corīvuṭṭhāpikāsikkhāpadaṃ
2. Yā pana bhikkhunī jānaṃ coriṃ vajjhaṃ viditaṃ anapaloketvā rājānaṃ vā saṅghaṃ vā gaṇaṃ vā pūgaṃ vā seṇiṃ vā, aññatra kappā vuṭṭhāpeyya, ayam pi bhikkhunī paṭhamāpattikaṃ dhammaṃ āpannā nissāraṇīyaṃ saṅghādisesaṃ.
若比丘尼明知而为被处死罪的女盗授具足戒,不问诸王、僧团、僧众、团体、团队,除允许外,此比丘尼乃犯初次即犯的僧残法,应驱摈。
Ekagāmantaragamanasikkhāpadaṃ
3. Yā pana bhikkhunī ekā vā gāmantaraṃ gaccheyya, ekā vā nadīpāraṃ gaccheyya, ekā vā rattiṃ vippavaseyya, ekā vā gaṇamhā ohiyeyya, ayam pi bhikkhunī paṭhamāpattikaṃ dhammaṃ āpannā nissāraṇīyaṃ saṅghādisesaṃ.
若比丘尼独自往邻村,或独自渡河,或独自宿夜,或独自离众在后,此比丘尼乃犯初次即犯的僧残法,应驱摈。
Ukkhittakaosāraṇasikkhāpadaṃ
4. Yā pana bhikkhunī samaggena saṅghena ukkhittaṃ bhikkhuniṃ dhammena vinayena satthusāsanena anapaloketvā kārakasaṅghaṃ, anaññāya gaṇassa chandaṃ osāreyya, ayam pi bhikkhunī paṭhamāpattikaṃ dhammaṃ āpannā nissāraṇīyaṃ saṅghādisesaṃ.
若比丘尼为和合的僧团依法、依律、依大师教所摈斥的比丘尼解罪,不问诸所作的僧团,不知僧众之欲,此比丘尼乃犯初次即犯的僧残法,应驱摈。
Bhojanapaṭiggahaṇapaṭhamasikkhāpadaṃ
5. Yā pana bhikkhunī avassutā avassutassa purisapuggalassa hatthato khādanīyaṃ vā, bhojanīyaṃ vā sahatthā paṭiggahetvā khādeyya vā bhuñjeyya vā, ayam pi bhikkhunī paṭhamāpattikaṃ dhammaṃ āpannā nissāraṇīyaṃ saṅghādisesaṃ.
若比丘尼心怀漏泄,亲手从心怀漏泄的男子手中接受硬食或软食后或吃或食,此比丘尼乃犯初次即犯的僧残法,应驱摈。
比丘悔过一
Bhojanapaṭiggahaṇadutiyasikkhāpadaṃ
6. Yā pana bhikkhunī evaṃ vadeyya “kiṃ te, ayye, eso purisapuggalo karissati avassuto vā anavassuto vā, yato tvaṃ anavassutā? iṅgha, ayye, yaṃ te eso purisapuggalo deti khādanīyaṃ vā bhojanīyaṃ vā, taṃ tvaṃ sahatthā paṭiggahetvā khāda vā bhuñja vā” ti, ayam pi bhikkhunī paṭhamāpattikaṃ dhammaṃ āpannā nissāraṇīyaṃ saṅghādisesaṃ.
若比丘尼如是说——「尊者!这个男子,不管他心怀漏泄与否,会对你做什么呢,既然你是不怀漏泄的?尊者!无论这男子给与什么硬食或软食,你亲手接受后或吃或食吧」,此比丘尼乃犯初次即犯的僧残法,应驱摈。
Sañcarittasikkhāpadaṃ
7. Yā pana bhikkhunī sañcarittaṃ samāpajjeyya, itthiyā vā purisamatiṃ, purisassa vā itthimatiṃ, jāyattane vā jārattane vā, antamaso taṅkhaṇikāya pi, ayam pi bhikkhunī paṭhamāpattikaṃ dhammaṃ āpannā nissāraṇīyaṃ saṅghādisesaṃ.
若比丘尼从事媒介,或传男意与女,或传女意与男,而为夫妇或情侣,乃至为临时关系,此比丘尼乃犯初次即犯的僧残法,应驱摈。
比丘僧残五
Duṭṭhadosasikkhāpadaṃ
8. Yā pana bhikkhunī bhikkhuniṃ duṭṭhā dosā appatītā amūlakena pārājikena dhammena anuddhaṃseyya “app eva nāma naṃ imamhā brahmacariyā cāveyyan” ti, tato aparena samayena samanuggāhīyamānā vā asamanuggāhīyamānā vā amūlakañ c’eva taṃ adhikaraṇaṃ hoti, bhikkhunī ca dosaṃ patiṭṭhāti, ayam pi bhikkhunī paṭhamāpattikaṃ dhammaṃ āpannā nissāraṇīyaṃ saṅghādisesaṃ.
若比丘尼恶意、瞋恚、不满,以无根据的波罗夷法诽谤比丘尼——「或许我能使她从此梵行中退堕」,此后的某时若遭审问或未遭审问,此诤论系无根据的,且比丘尼住于瞋恚,此比丘尼乃犯初次即犯的僧残法,应驱摈。
比丘僧残八
Aññabhāgiyasikkhāpadaṃ
9. Yā pana bhikkhunī bhikkhuniṃ duṭṭhā dosā appatītā aññabhāgiyassa adhikaraṇassa kiñci desaṃ lesamattaṃ upādāya pārājikena dhammena anuddhaṃseyya “app eva nāma naṃ imamhā brahmacariyā cāveyyan” ti, tato aparena samayena samanuggāhīyamānā vā asamanuggāhīyamānā vā aññabhāgiyañ c’eva taṃ adhikaraṇaṃ hoti, koci deso lesamatto upādinno, bhikkhunī ca dosaṃ patiṭṭhāti, ayam pi bhikkhunī paṭhamāpattikaṃ dhammaṃ āpannā nissāraṇīyaṃ saṅghādisesaṃ.
若比丘尼恶意、瞋恚、不满,取其他诤论的某个相似处,以波罗夷法诽谤比丘尼——「或许我能使她从此梵行中退堕」,此后的某时若遭审问或未遭审问,此诤论系取其他的某个相似处,且比丘尼住于瞋恚,此比丘尼乃犯初次即犯的僧残法,应驱摈。
比丘僧残九
Sikkhaṃpaccācikkhaṇasikkhāpadaṃ
10. Yā pana bhikkhunī kupitā anattamanā evaṃ vadeyya “Buddhaṃ paccācikkhāmi, dhammaṃ paccācikkhāmi, saṅghaṃ paccācikkhāmi, sikkhaṃ paccācikkhāmi, kin nu’mā va samaṇiyo yā samaṇiyo Sakyadhītaro? sant’aññā pi samaṇiyo lajjiniyo kukkuccikā sikkhākāmā, tāsāhaṃ santike brahmacariyaṃ carissāmī” ti.
若比丘尼瞋恚、不喜,作如是说——「我舍弃佛,我舍弃法,我舍弃僧,我舍弃学,这些释氏女沙门尼是什么样的沙门尼?还有其他知耻、有悔、欲学的沙门尼,我要在彼处行梵行」。
Sā bhikkhunī bhikkhunīhi evam assa vacanīyā “māyye kupitā anattamanā evaṃ avaca ‘Buddhaṃ paccācikkhāmi, dhammaṃ paccācikkhāmi, saṅghaṃ paccācikkhāmi, sikkhaṃ paccācikkhāmi, kin nu’mā va samaṇiyo yā samaṇiyo Sakyadhītaro, sant’aññā pi samaṇiyo lajjiniyo kukkuccikā sikkhākāmā, tāsāhaṃ santike brahmacariyaṃ carissāmī’ ti, abhiramāyye, svākkhāto dhammo, cara brahmacariyaṃ sammā dukkhassa antakiriyāyā” ti.
诸比丘尼应如是告彼比丘尼——「尊者!莫瞋恚、不喜,作如是说『我舍弃佛,我舍弃法,我舍弃僧,我舍弃学,这些释氏女沙门尼是什么样的沙门尼?还有其他知耻、有悔、欲学的沙门尼,我要在彼处行梵行』。尊者!请你欢喜,法为善说,当为苦的彻底灭尽而行梵行」。
Evañ ca sā bhikkhunī bhikkhunīhi vuccamānā tath’eva paggaṇheyya, sā bhikkhunī bhikkhunīhi yāvatatiyaṃ samanubhāsitabbā tassa paṭinissaggāya, yāvatatiyañ ce samanubhāsiyamānā taṃ paṭinissajjeyya, icc etaṃ kusalaṃ, no ce paṭinissajjeyya, ayam pi bhikkhunī yāvatatiyakaṃ dhammaṃ āpannā nissāraṇīyaṃ saṅghādisesaṃ.
诸比丘尼如是告已,彼比丘尼若仍如是执取,诸比丘尼应三次劝告彼比丘尼使舍弃之,若经三次劝告而舍弃之,如此甚好,若不舍弃,此比丘尼乃犯三次始犯的僧残法,应驱摈。
Adhikaraṇakupitasikkhāpadaṃ
11. Yā pana bhikkhunī kismiñcid eva adhikaraṇe paccākatā kupitā anattamanā evaṃ vadeyya “chandagāminiyo ca bhikkhuniyo, dosagāminiyo ca bhikkhuniyo, mohagāminiyo ca bhikkhuniyo, bhayagāminiyo ca bhikkhuniyo” ti.
若比丘尼于某诤论不满、瞋恚、不喜,作如是说——「诸比丘尼是趣向欲者,诸比丘尼是趣向瞋者,诸比丘尼是趣向痴者,诸比丘尼是趣向怖者」。
Sā bhikkhunī bhikkhunīhi evam assa vacanīyā “māyye, kismiñcid eva adhikaraṇe paccākatā kupitā anattamanā evaṃ avaca ‘chandagāminiyo ca bhikkhuniyo, dosagāminiyo ca bhikkhuniyo, mohagāminiyo ca bhikkhuniyo, bhayagāminiyo ca bhikkhuniyo’ ti, ayyā kho chandā pi gaccheyya, dosā pi gaccheyya, mohā pi gaccheyya, bhayā pi gaccheyyā” ti.
诸比丘尼应如是告彼比丘尼——「尊者!莫于某诤论不满、瞋恚、不喜,作如是说『诸比丘尼是趣向欲者,诸比丘尼是趣向瞋者,诸比丘尼是趣向痴者,诸比丘尼是趣向怖者』。尊者你趣向欲,你趣向瞋,你趣向痴,你趣向怖」。
Evañ ca sā bhikkhunī bhikkhunīhi vuccamānā tath’eva paggaṇheyya, sā bhikkhunī bhikkhunīhi yāvatatiyaṃ samanubhāsitabbā tassa paṭinissaggāya, yāvatatiyañ ce samanubhāsiyamānā taṃ paṭinissajjeyya, icc etaṃ kusalaṃ, no ce paṭinissajjeyya, ayam pi bhikkhunī yāvatatiyakaṃ dhammaṃ āpannā nissāraṇīyaṃ saṅghādisesaṃ.
诸比丘尼如是告已,彼比丘尼若仍如是执取,诸比丘尼应三次劝告彼比丘尼使舍弃之,若经三次劝告而舍弃之,如此甚好,若不舍弃,此比丘尼乃犯三次始犯的僧残法,应驱摈。
Pāpasamācārapaṭhamasikkhāpadaṃ
12. Bhikkhuniyo pan’eva saṃsaṭṭhā viharanti pāpācārā pāpasaddā pāpasilokā bhikkhunisaṅghassa vihesikā aññamaññissā vajjappaṭicchādikā.
诸比丘尼聚居而住,有恶行、恶声、恶名声,恼乱比丘尼僧团,为彼此覆罪。
Tā bhikkhuniyo bhikkhunīhi evam assu vacanīyā “bhaginiyo kho saṃsaṭṭhā viharanti pāpācārā pāpasaddā pāpasilokā bhikkhunisaṅghassa vihesikā aññamaññissā vajjappaṭicchādikā, viviccathāyye, vivekañ ñeva bhaginīnaṃ saṅgho vaṇṇetī” ti.
诸比丘尼应如是告彼众比丘尼——「姊妹们聚居而住,有恶行、恶声、恶名声,恼乱比丘尼僧团,为彼此覆罪。尊者!请相远离,僧团实赞叹独处的姊妹」。

诸比丘尼如是告已,彼众比丘尼若仍如是执取,诸比丘尼应三次劝告彼众比丘尼使舍弃之,若经三次劝告而舍弃之,如此甚好,若不舍弃,此众比丘尼乃犯三次始犯的僧残法,应驱摈。
Pāpasamācāradutiyasikkhāpadaṃ
13. Yā pana bhikkhunī evaṃ vadeyya “saṃsaṭṭhā va, ayye, tumhe viharatha, mā tumhe nānā viharittha, santi saṅghe aññā pi bhikkhuniyo evācārā evaṃsaddā evaṃsilokā bhikkhunisaṅghassa vihesikā aññamaññissā vajjappaṭicchādikā, tā saṅgho na kiñci āha tumhañ ñeva saṅgho uññāya paribhavena akkhantiyā vebhassiyā dubbalyā evam āha – ‘bhaginiyo kho saṃsaṭṭhā viharanti pāpācārā pāpasaddā pāpasilokā bhikkhunisaṅghassa vihesikā aññamaññissā vajjappaṭicchādikā, viviccathāyye, vivekañ ñeva bhaginīnaṃ saṅgho vaṇṇetī’” ti.

Yā pana bhikkhunī samaggassa saṅghassa bhedāya parakkameyya, bhedanasaṃvattanikaṃ vā adhikaraṇaṃ samādāya paggayha tiṭṭheyya, sā bhikkhunī bhikkhunīhi evam assa vacanīyā “māyyā, samaggassa saṅghassa bhedāya parakkami, bhedanasaṃvattanikaṃ vā adhikaraṇaṃ samādāya paggayha aṭṭhāsi, sametāyyā, saṅghena, samaggo hi saṅgho sammodamāno avivadamāno ekuddeso phāsu viharatī” ti.
若比丘尼致力于分裂和合的僧团,或坚持于受持、执取引起分裂的诤论,诸比丘尼应如是告彼比丘尼——「大德!莫致力于分裂和合的僧团,或坚持于受持、执取引起分裂的诤论,请大德与僧团和合,因为和合、欢喜、不诤、一诵的僧团住于安乐」。

Bhedānuvattakasikkhāpadaṃ
15. Tassā yeva kho pana bhikkhuniyā bhikkhuniyo honti anuvattikā vaggavādikā, ekā vā dve vā tisso vā, tā evaṃ vadeyyuṃ “māyyāyo, etaṃ bhikkhuniṃ kiñci avacuttha, dhammavādinī c’esā bhikkhunī, vinayavādinī c’esā bhikkhunī, amhākañ c’esā bhikkhunī chandañ ca ruciñ ca ādāya voharati, jānāti, no bhāsati, amhākam p’etaṃ khamatī” ti.
有众比丘尼是彼比丘尼的追随者、同类者,若一人、若二人、若三人,她们如是说——「诸大德!莫对此比丘尼说什么,此比丘尼是法说者,此比丘尼是律说者,此比丘尼取我们的所欲及喜好而说,知我们而说,我们认可她」。
Tā bhikkhuniyo bhikkhunīhi evam assu vacanīyā “māyyāyo, evaṃ avacuttha, na c’esā bhikkhunī dhammavādinī, na c’esā bhikkhunī vinayavādinī, māyyānam pi saṅghabhedo ruccittha, sametāyyānaṃ saṅghena, samaggo hi saṅgho sammodamāno avivadamāno ekuddeso phāsu viharatī” ti.
诸比丘尼应如是告众比丘尼——「大德们!莫如是说,此比丘尼非法说者,此比丘尼非律说者,大德们莫喜于分裂僧团,请大德们与僧团和合,因为和合、欢喜、不诤、一诵的僧团住于安乐」。

Dubbacasikkhāpadaṃ
16. Bhikkhunī pan’eva dubbacajātikā hoti uddesapariyāpannesu sikkhāpadesu bhikkhunīhi sahadhammikaṃ vuccamānā attānaṃ avacanīyaṃ karoti “mā maṃ ayyāyo kiñci avacuttha kalyāṇaṃ vā pāpakaṃ vā, aham pāyyāyo, na kiñci vakkhāmi kalyāṇaṃ vā pāpakaṃ vā, viramathāyyāyo, mama vacanāyā” ti.
有比丘尼生性难劝,诸比丘尼在所诵学处内如法劝告时,她使自己难以劝告——「诸大德!莫对我说什么善的恶的,我也不会对诸大德说什么善的恶的,请诸大德莫劝我」。
Sā bhikkhunī bhikkhunīhi evam assa vacanīyā “māyyā, attānaṃ avacanīyaṃ akāsi, vacanīyam eva, ayyā, attānaṃ karotu, ayyā pi bhikkhuniyo vadatu sahadhammena, bhikkhuniyo pi ayyaṃ vakkhanti sahadhammena, evaṃ saṃvaddhā hi tassa Bhagavato parisā yad idaṃ aññamaññavacanena aññamaññavuṭṭhāpanenā” ti.
诸比丘尼应如是告彼比丘尼——「大德!莫使自己难以劝告,大德应使自己听劝,大德应如法劝诸比丘尼,诸比丘尼亦应如法劝大德,因为如是世尊之众方得增长,即互相劝告、互相出罪」。

Kuladūsakasikkhāpadaṃ
17. Bhikkhunī pan’eva aññataraṃ gāmaṃ vā nigamaṃ vā upanissāya viharati kuladūsikā pāpasamācārā, tassā kho pāpakā samācārā dissanti c’eva suyyanti ca, kulāni ca tāya duṭṭhāni dissanti c’eva suyyanti ca, sā bhikkhunī bhikkhunīhi evam assa vacanīyā “ayyā, kho kuladūsikā pāpasamācārā, ayyāya kho pāpakā samācārā dissanti c’eva suyyanti ca, kulāni cāyyāya, duṭṭhāni dissanti c’eva suyyanti ca, pakkamatāyyā imamhā āvāsā, alaṃ te idha vāsenā” ti.
有比丘尼依某村或某镇而住,为污家者、恶行者,其恶行得见得闻,其所污之家得见得闻,诸比丘尼应如是告彼比丘尼——「大德是污家者、恶行者,大德的恶行得见得闻,大德所污之家得见得闻,请大德从此住所离开,你在此处住得太久了」。
Evañ ca sā bhikkhunī bhikkhunīhi vuccamānā tā bhikkhuniyo evaṃ vadeyya “chandagāminiyo ca bhikkhuniyo, dosagāminiyo ca bhikkhuniyo, mohagāminiyo ca bhikkhuniyo, bhayagāminiyo ca bhikkhuniyo, tādisikāya āpattiyā ekaccaṃ pabbājenti ekaccaṃ na pabbājentī” ti.
诸比丘尼如是告已,彼比丘尼如是告彼等诸比丘尼——「诸比丘尼是趣向欲者,诸比丘尼是趣向瞋者,诸比丘尼是趣向痴者,诸比丘尼是趣向怖者,对于同样的罪,驱摈某些人,而不驱摈另一些」。
Sā bhikkhunī bhikkhunīhi evam assa vacanīyā “māyyā, evaṃ avaca, na ca bhikkhuniyo chandagāminiyo, na ca bhikkhuniyo dosagāminiyo, na ca bhikkhuniyo mohagāminiyo, na ca bhikkhuniyo bhayagāminiyo, ayyā kho kuladūsikā pāpasamācārā, ayyāya kho pāpakā samācārā dissanti c’eva suyyanti ca, kulāni cāyyāya duṭṭhāni dissanti c’eva suyyanti ca, pakkamatāyyā, imamhā āvāsā alaṃ te idha vāsenā” ti.
诸比丘尼应如是告彼比丘——「大德!莫作此说,诸比丘尼不是趣向欲者,诸比丘尼不是趣向瞋者,诸比丘尼不是趣向痴者,诸比丘尼不是趣向怖者,大德是污家者、恶行者,大德的恶行得见得闻,大德所污之家得见得闻,请大德从此住所离开,你在此处住得太久了」。

比丘僧残十三
Uddiṭṭhā kho ayyāyo sattarasa saṅghādisesā dhammā, nava paṭhamāpattikā, aṭṭha yāvatatiyakā. Yesaṃ bhikkhunī aññataraṃ vā aññataraṃ vā āpajjati, tāya bhikkhuniyā ubhatosaṅghe pakkhamānattaṃ caritabbaṃ.
诸大德!已诵十七僧残法,九为初次即犯,八为三次始犯。比丘尼犯其中任一已,彼比丘尼应于二部僧团中行半月摩那埵。
Ciṇṇamānattā bhikkhunī yattha siyā vīsatigaṇo bhikkhunisaṅgho, tattha sā bhikkhunī abbhetabbā.
比丘尼行摩那埵已,何处有二十众的比丘尼僧团,彼比丘尼即于该处出罪。
Ekāya pi ce ūno vīsatigaṇo bhikkhunisaṅgho taṃ bhikkhuniṃ abbheyya, sā ca bhikkhunī anabbhitā, tā ca bhikkhuniyo gārayhā, ayaṃ tattha sāmīci.
若二十众的比丘尼僧团即便只少一人,而为彼比丘尼出罪,则彼比丘尼未出罪,且彼等诸比丘尼应呵,这是这里的规则。
Tatthāyyāyo pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, dutiyam pi pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, tatiyam pi pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, parisuddh’etthāyyāyo, tasmā tuṇhī, evam etaṃ dhārayāmī ti.

Nissaggiyapācittiyā
Ime kho panāyyāyo tiṃsa nissaggiyā pācittiyā dhammā uddesaṃ āgacchanti.
诸大德!再来诵三十舍波逸提法。
Pattasannicayasikkhāpadaṃ
1. Yā pana bhikkhunī pattasannicayaṃ kareyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼储存钵,应舍弃、为波逸提。
Akālacīvarabhājanasikkhāpadaṃ
2. Yā pana bhikkhunī akālacīvaraṃ “kālacīvaran” ti adhiṭṭhahitvā bhājāpeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼将非时衣决意为时衣后教人分施,应舍弃、为波逸提。
Cīvaraparivattanasikkhāpadaṃ
3. Yā pana bhikkhunī bhikkhuniyā saddhiṃ cīvaraṃ parivattetvā sā pacchā evaṃ vadeyya “handāyye, tuyhaṃ cīvaraṃ, āhara m’etaṃ cīvaraṃ, yaṃ tuyhaṃ tuyham ev’etaṃ, yaṃ mayhaṃ mayham ev’etaṃ, āhara m’etaṃ cīvaraṃ, sakaṃ paccāharā” ti acchindeyya vā acchindāpeyya vā, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼与比丘尼交换衣已,后来如是说——「哎,尊者!你的衣,请把这衣给我。你的是你的,我的是我的,请把这衣给我,取回自己的」,夺回或教人夺回,应舍弃、为波逸提。
Aññaviññāpanasikkhāpadaṃ
4. Yā pana bhikkhunī aññaṃ viññāpetvā aññaṃ viññāpeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼乞求某物后再乞求某物,应舍弃、为波逸提。
Aññacetāpana sikkhāpadaṃ
5. Yā pana bhikkhunī aññaṃ cetāpetvā aññaṃ cetāpeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼换取某物后再换取某物,应舍弃、为波逸提。
Paṭhamasaṅghikacetāpanasikkhāpadaṃ
6. Yā pana bhikkhunī aññadatthikena parikkhārena aññuddisikena saṅghikena aññaṃ cetāpeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼以某指定为僧团的用于某目的的资具换取另一物,应舍弃、为波逸提。
Dutiyasaṅghikacetāpanasikkhāpadaṃ
7. Yā pana bhikkhunī aññadatthikena parikkhārena aññuddisikena saṅghikena saññācikena aññaṃ cetāpeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼自行乞求以某指定为僧团的用于某目的的资具换取另一物,应舍弃、为波逸提。
Paṭhamagaṇikacetāpanasikkhāpadaṃ
8. Yā pana bhikkhunī aññadatthikena parikkhārena aññuddisikena mahājanikena aññaṃ cetāpeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼以某指定为团体的用于某目的的资具换取另一物,应舍弃、为波逸提。
Dutiyagaṇikacetāpanasikkhāpadaṃ
9. Yā pana bhikkhunī aññadatthikena parikkhārena aññuddisikena mahājanikena saññācikena aññaṃ cetāpeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼自行乞求以某指定为团体的用于某目的的资具换取另一物,应舍弃、为波逸提。
Puggalikacetāpanasikkhāpadaṃ
10. Yā pana bhikkhunī aññadatthikena parikkhārena aññuddisikena puggalikena saññācikena aññaṃ cetāpeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼自行乞求以某指定为个人的用于某目的的资具换取另一物,应舍弃、为波逸提。

Garupāvuraṇasikkhāpadaṃ
11. Garupāvuraṇaṃ pana bhikkhuniyā cetāpentiyā catukkaṃsaparamaṃ cetāpetabbaṃ. Tato ce uttari cetāpeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
比丘尼换取重外衣时,可最多以四康萨换取。若交换过此者,应舍弃、为波逸提。
Lahupāvuraṇasikkhāpadaṃ
12. Lahupāvuraṇaṃ pana bhikkhuniyā cetāpentiyā aḍḍhateyyakaṃsaparamaṃ cetāpetabbaṃ. Tato ce uttari cetāpeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
比丘尼换取轻外衣时,可最多以二个半康萨换取。若交换过此者,应舍弃、为波逸提。
Kathinasikkhāpadaṃ
13. Niṭṭhitacīvarasmiṃ bhikkhuniyā ubbhatasmiṃ kathine dasāhaparamaṃ atirekacīvaraṃ dhāretabbaṃ, taṃ atikkāmentiyā, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
当比丘尼作衣已竟、迦𫄨那已出,多余的衣最多可持有十天,过此者,应舍弃、为波逸提。
比丘舍波逸提一
Udositasikkhāpadaṃ
14. Niṭṭhitacīvarasmiṃ bhikkhuniyā ubbhatasmiṃ kathine ekarattam pi ce bhikkhunī ticīvarena vippavaseyya, aññatra bhikkhunisammutiyā, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
当比丘尼作衣已竟、迦𫄨那已出,若比丘尼即使一夜离三衣而住,除比丘尼许可,应舍弃、为波逸提。
比丘舍波逸提二
Akālacīvarasikkhāpadaṃ
15. Niṭṭhitacīvarasmiṃ bhikkhuniyā ubbhatasmiṃ kathine bhikkhuniyā pan’eva akālacīvaraṃ uppajjeyya, ākaṅkhamānāya bhikkhuniyā paṭiggahetabbaṃ, paṭiggahetvā khippam eva kāretabbaṃ.
当比丘尼作衣已竟、迦𫄨那已出,若有非时衣给与比丘尼,有意欲的比丘尼可以接受,接受后应尽快完成。
No c’assa pāripūri, māsaparamaṃ tāya bhikkhuniyā taṃ cīvaraṃ nikkhipitabbaṃ ūnassa pāripūriyā satiyā paccāsāya. Tato ce uttari nikkhipeyya satiyā pi paccāsāya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
若不足者,在存有补全不足的期望下,彼比丘尼可保存此衣最多一月。若保存过此者,即使是存有期望,应舍弃、为波逸提。
比丘舍波逸提三
Aññātakaviññattisikkhāpadaṃ
16. Yā pana bhikkhunī aññātakaṃ gahapatiṃ vā gahapatāniṃ vā cīvaraṃ viññāpeyya, aññatra samayā, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼向非亲属的居士或居士女乞衣,除适时,应舍弃、为波逸提。
Tatthāyaṃ samayo acchinnacīvarā vā hoti bhikkhunī, naṭṭhacīvarā vā, ayaṃ tattha samayo.
这里的适时是,比丘尼的衣遭夺或丢失,这是这里的适时。
比丘舍波逸提六
Tatuttarisikkhāpadaṃ
17. Tañ ce aññātako gahapati vā gahapatānī vā bahūhi cīvarehi abhihaṭṭhuṃ pavāreyya, santaruttaraparamaṃ tāya bhikkhuniyā tato cīvaraṃ sāditabbaṃ. Tato ce uttari sādiyeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
若非亲属的居士或居士女拿很多衣来邀请她,彼比丘尼最多可从中受用下衣与上衣。若受用过此者,应舍弃、为波逸提。
比丘舍波逸提七
Paṭhamaupakkhaṭasikkhāpadaṃ
18. Bhikkhuniṃ pan’eva uddissa aññātakassa gahapatissa vā gahapatāniyā vā cīvaracetāpannaṃ upakkhaṭaṃ hoti “iminā cīvaracetāpannena cīvaraṃ cetāpetvā itthannāmaṃ bhikkhuniṃ cīvarena acchādessāmī” ti.
有非亲属的居士或居士女为指定的比丘尼准备衣资——「用这衣资换取衣后,我要把衣给某位比丘尼穿」。

若彼比丘尼事先未受邀请即前往那里,对衣提出建议——「善哉,大德!请用这衣资换取这般这般的衣而给我穿」,为了希求好者,应舍弃、为波逸提。
比丘舍波逸提八
Dutiyaupakkhaṭasikkhāpadaṃ
19. Bhikkhuniṃ pan’eva uddissa ubhinnaṃ aññātakānaṃ gahapatīnaṃ vā gahapatānīnaṃ vā paccekacīvaracetāpannāni upakkhaṭāni honti “imehi mayaṃ paccekacīvaracetāpannehi paccekacīvarāni cetāpetvā itthannāmaṃ bhikkhuniṃ cīvarehi acchādessāmā” ti.
有两个非亲属的居士或居士女为指定的比丘尼准备各自的衣资——「用这些各自的衣资换取各自的衣后,我们要把两件衣给某位比丘尼穿」。
Tatra ce sā bhikkhūnī pubbe appavāritā upasaṅkamitvā cīvare vikappaṃ āpajjeyya “sādhu vata maṃ āyasmanto imehi paccekacīvaracetāpannehi evarūpaṃ vā evarūpaṃ vā cīvaraṃ cetāpetvā acchādetha ubho va santā ekenā” ti kalyāṇakamyataṃ upādāya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
若彼比丘尼事先未受邀请即前往那里,对衣提出建议——「善哉,诸大德!请你们用这些各自的衣资换取这般这般的衣而给我穿,合二为一」,为了希求好者,应舍弃、为波逸提。
比丘舍波逸提九
Rājasikkhāpadaṃ
20. Bhikkhuniṃ pan’eva uddissa rājā vā rājabhoggo vā brāhmaṇo vā gahapatiko vā dūtena cīvaracetāpannaṃ pahiṇeyya “iminā cīvaracetāpannena cīvaraṃ cetāpetvā itthannāmaṃ bhikkhuniṃ cīvarena acchādehī” ti.
若国王、或王臣、或婆罗门、或居士经由使者送衣资给指定的比丘尼——「用这衣资换取衣后,请把衣给某位比丘尼穿」。
So ce dūto taṃ bhikkhuniṃ upasaṅkamitvā evaṃ vadeyya “idaṃ kho, ayye, ayyaṃ uddissa cīvaracetāpannaṃ ābhataṃ, paṭiggaṇhātāyyā cīvaracetāpannan” ti. Tāya bhikkhuniyā so dūto evam assa vacanīyo “na kho mayaṃ, āvuso, cīvaracetāpannaṃ paṭiggaṇhāma, cīvarañ ca kho mayaṃ paṭiggaṇhāma kālena kappiyan” ti.
若彼使者前往彼比丘尼处如是说——「尊者!这衣资是带给指定的大德的,请大德接受衣资。」彼比丘尼应如是对彼使者说——「朋友!我们不能接受衣资,然而我们适时地接受适当的衣。」
So ce dūto taṃ bhikkhuniṃ evaṃ vadeyya “atthi panāyyāya, koci veyyāvaccakaro” ti, cīvaratthikāya, bhikkhave, bhikkhuniyā veyyāvaccakaro niddisitabbo ārāmiko vā upāsako vā “eso kho, āvuso, bhikkhunīnaṃ veyyāvaccakaro” ti.
若彼使者对彼比丘尼如是说——「有哪位是大德的执事人?」诸比丘!欲求衣的比丘尼应指示园人或优婆塞为执事人——「朋友!这位是比丘尼们的执事人。」
So ce dūto taṃ veyyāvaccakaraṃ saññāpetvā taṃ bhikkhuniṃ upasaṅkamitvā evaṃ vadeyya “yaṃ kho, ayye, ayyā veyyāvaccakaraṃ niddisi, saññatto so mayā, upasaṅkamatāyyā kālena, cīvarena taṃ acchādessatī” ti.
若彼使者知会彼执事人已,前往彼比丘尼处如是说——「尊者!我已知会大德所指示的那位执事人了,请大德适时前往,他将把衣给您。」
Cīvaratthikāya, bhikkhave, bhikkhuniyā veyyāvaccakaro upasaṅkamitvā dvattikkhattuṃ codetabbo sāretabbo “attho me, āvuso, cīvarenā” ti, dvattikkhattuṃ codayamānā sārayamānā taṃ cīvaraṃ abhinipphādeyya, icc etaṃ kusalaṃ.
诸比丘!欲求衣的比丘尼可以二、三次地前往执事人处敦促、提醒——「朋友!我需要衣」,若经二、三次地敦促、提醒而得到衣,如此甚好。
No ce abhinipphādeyya, catukkhattuṃ pañcakkhattuṃ chakkhattuparamaṃ tuṇhībhūtāya uddissa ṭhātabbaṃ, catukkhattuṃ pañcakkhattuṃ chakkhattuparamaṃ tuṇhībhūtā uddissa tiṭṭhamānā taṃ cīvaraṃ abhinipphādeyya, icc etaṃ kusalaṃ. Tato ce uttari vāyamamānā taṃ cīvaraṃ abhinipphādeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
若未得到,可以四次、五次、最多六次为此默然而立,若经四次、五次、最多六次为此默然而立而得到衣,如此甚好。若经更多的努力而得到衣,应舍弃、为波逸提。
No ce abhinipphādeyya, yat’assā cīvaracetāpannaṃ ābhataṃ, tattha sāmaṃ vā gantabbaṃ, dūto vā pāhetabbo “yaṃ kho tumhe āyasmanto bhikkhuniṃ uddissa cīvaracetāpannaṃ pahiṇittha, na taṃ tassā bhikkhuniyā kiñci atthaṃ anubhoti, yuñjant’āyasmanto sakaṃ, mā vo sakaṃ vinassā” ti, ayaṃ tattha sāmīci.
若未得到,应自己去或派使者到为他带来衣资之处——「诸大德!你们已送给指定的比丘尼的衣资,彼比丘尼未获得其任何利益,请诸大德自己努力,莫失去你们自己的」,这是这里的规则。
比丘舍波逸提十
Cīvaravaggo dutiyo.
Rūpiyasikkhāpadaṃ
21. Yā pana bhikkhunī jātarūparajataṃ uggaṇheyya vā uggaṇhāpeyya vā upanikkhittaṃ vā sādiyeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼捉持金银,或教人捉持,或受用放置者,应舍弃、为波逸提。
比丘舍波逸提十八
Rūpiyasaṃvohārasikkhāpadaṃ
22. Yā pana bhikkhunī nānappakārakaṃ rūpiyasaṃvohāraṃ samāpajjeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼从事种种金钱交易,应舍弃、为波逸提。
比丘舍波逸提十九
Kayavikkayasikkhāpadaṃ
23. Yā pana bhikkhunī nānappakārakaṃ kayavikkayaṃ samāpajjeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼从事种种买卖,应舍弃、为波逸提。
比丘舍波逸提二十
Ūnapañcabandhanasikkhāpadaṃ
24. Yā pana bhikkhunī ūnapañcabandhanena pattena aññaṃ navaṃ pattaṃ cetāpeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼以少于五个补缀的钵换取另一新钵,应舍弃、为波逸提。
Tāya bhikkhuniyā so patto bhikkhuniparisāya nissajjitabbo, yo ca tassā bhikkhuniparisāya pattapariyanto, so tassā bhikkhuniyā padātabbo “ayaṃ te bhikkhuni patto yāvabhedanāya dhāretabbo” ti, ayaṃ tattha sāmīci.
彼比丘尼应在比丘尼众中舍弃该钵,比丘尼众的最后一个钵即应给予彼比丘尼——「比丘尼!这是你的钵,要用到破了为止」,这是这里的规则。
比丘舍波逸提二十二
Bhesajjasikkhāpadaṃ
25. Yāni kho pana tāni gilānānaṃ bhikkhunīnaṃ paṭisāyanīyāni bhesajjāni, seyyathidaṃ — sappi navanītaṃ telaṃ madhu phāṇitaṃ, tāni paṭiggahetvā sattāhaparamaṃ sannidhikārakaṃ paribhuñjitabbāni, taṃ atikkāmentiyā, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
诸生病比丘尼可服用的药,即熟酥、生酥、油、蜜、糖,接受已可以贮藏最多七天而食用,过此者,应舍弃、为波逸提。
比丘舍波逸提二十三
Cīvaraacchindanasikkhāpadaṃ
26. Yā pana bhikkhunī bhikkhuniyā sāmaṃ cīvaraṃ datvā kupitā anattamanā acchindeyya vā acchindāpeyya vā, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼自己把衣给比丘尼后,瞋恚、不喜,夺回或教人夺回,应舍弃、为波逸提。
比丘舍波逸提二十五
Suttaviññattisikkhāpadaṃ
27. Yā pana bhikkhunī sāmaṃ suttaṃ viññāpetvā tantavāyehi cīvaraṃ vāyāpeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼自己乞得线后,教织工们织衣,应舍弃、为波逸提。
比丘舍波逸提二十六
Mahāpesakārasikkhāpadaṃ
28. Bhikkhuniṃ pan’eva uddissa aññātako gahapati vā gahapatānī vā tantavāyehi cīvaraṃ vāyāpeyya, tatra ce sā bhikkhunī pubbe appavāritā tantavāye upasaṅkamitvā cīvare vikappaṃ āpajjeyya “idaṃ kho āvuso cīvaraṃ maṃ uddissa viyyati, āyatañ ca karotha, vitthatañ ca appitañ ca suvītañ ca suppavāyitañ ca suvilekhitañ ca suvitacchitañ ca karotha, app eva nāma mayam pi āyasmantānaṃ kiñcimattaṃ anupadajjeyyāmā” ti.
若非亲属的居士或居士女请织工们为指定的比丘尼织衣,若彼比丘尼事先未受邀请即前往织工处,对衣提出建议——「朋友!这衣是指定为我而织的,请你们做得长一点,请你们做得宽一点、厚一点,织好点,纺好点,摩平点,梳理好点,也许我们会送些什么给大德们」。
Evañ ca sā bhikkhunī vatvā kiñcimattaṃ anupadajjeyya, antamaso piṇḍapātamattam pi, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
若彼比丘尼如是说已送了些东西,即便仅一钵之食,应舍弃、为波逸提。
比丘舍波逸提二十七
Accekacīvarasikkhāpadaṃ
29. Dasāhānāgataṃ kattika-temāsika-puṇṇamaṃ bhikkhuniyā pan’eva accekacīvaraṃ uppajjeyya, accekaṃ maññamānāya bhikkhuniyā paṭiggahetabbaṃ, paṭiggahetvā yāva cīvarakālasamayaṃ nikkhipitabbaṃ. Tato ce uttari nikkhipeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
在迦提迦第三个满月之前十日,若有急施衣给予比丘尼,知是急施的比丘尼可以接受,接受已可以保存到衣时。若保存过此者,应舍弃、为波逸提。
比丘舍波逸提二十八
Pariṇatasikkhāpadaṃ
30. Yā pana bhikkhunī jānaṃ saṅghikaṃ lābhaṃ pariṇataṃ attano pariṇāmeyya, nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼明知而将已分配给僧团的利养分配给自己,应舍弃、为波逸提。
比丘舍波逸提三十
Pattavaggo tatiyo.
Uddiṭṭhā kho ayyāyo tiṃsa nissaggiyā pācittiyā dhammā.
Tatthāyyāyo pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, dutiyam pi pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, tatiyam pi pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, parisuddh’etthāyyāyo, tasmā tuṇhī, evam etaṃ dhārayāmī ti.
Nissaggiyapācittiyā niṭṭhitā.

Ime kho panāyyāyo chasaṭṭhisatā pācittiyā dhammā uddesaṃ āgacchanti.
诸大德!再来诵一百六十六波逸提法。
Lasuṇasikkhāpadaṃ
1. Yā pana bhikkhunī lasuṇaṃ khādeyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼吃蒜,为波逸提。
Sambādhalomasikkhāpadaṃ
2. Yā pana bhikkhunī sambādhe lomaṃ saṃharāpeyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼剃隐处的毛,为波逸提。
Talaghātakasikkhāpadaṃ
3. Talaghātake, pācittiyaṃ.
以手抚触者,为波逸提。
Jatumaṭṭhakasikkhāpadaṃ
4. Jatumaṭṭhake, pācittiyaṃ.
以树胶作阳具者,为波逸提。
Udakasuddhikasikkhāpadaṃ
5. Udakasuddhikaṃ pana bhikkhuniyā ādiyamānāya dvaṅgulapabbaparamaṃ ādātabbaṃ, taṃ atikkāmentiyā, pācittiyaṃ.
比丘尼取水作净,应最多取二指节深,过此者,为波逸提。
Upatiṭṭhanasikkhāpadaṃ
6. Yā pana bhikkhunī bhikkhussa bhuñjantassa pānīyena vā vidhūpanena vā upatiṭṭheyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼以水或扇侍奉正在进食的比丘,为波逸提。
Āmakadhaññasikkhāpadaṃ
7. Yā pana bhikkhunī āmakadhaññaṃ viññatvā vā viññāpetvā vā bhajjitvā vā bhajjāpetvā vā koṭṭetvā vā koṭṭāpetvā vā pacitvā vā pacāpetvā vā bhuñjeyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼乞生谷或教人乞、炒或教人炒、捣或教人捣、煮或教人煮后食用,为波逸提。
Paṭhamauccārachaḍḍanasikkhāpadaṃ
8. Yā pana bhikkhunī uccāraṃ vā passāvaṃ vā saṅkāraṃ vā vighāsaṃ vā tirokuṭṭe vā tiropākāre vā chaḍḍeyya vā chaḍḍāpeyya vā, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼将大便、小便、垃圾或残食扔或教人扔出篱笆或墙外,为波逸提。
Dutiyauccārachaḍḍanasikkhāpadaṃ
9. Yā pana bhikkhunī uccāraṃ vā passāvaṃ vā saṅkāraṃ vā vighāsaṃ vā harite chaḍḍeyya vā chaḍḍāpeyya vā, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼将大便、小便、垃圾或残食扔或教人扔在草地上,为波逸提。
Naccagītasikkhāpadaṃ
10. Yā pana bhikkhunī naccaṃ vā gītaṃ vā vāditaṃ vā dassanāya gaccheyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼前往观看舞蹈、歌唱或伎乐,为波逸提。
Lasuṇavaggo paṭhamo.
Rattandhakārasikkhāpadaṃ
11. Yā pana bhikkhunī rattandhakāre appadīpe purisena saddhiṃ eken’ekā santiṭṭheyya vā sallapeyya vā, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼在暗夜无灯处与男子一对一地或站或语,为波逸提。
Paṭicchannokāsasikkhāpadaṃ
12. Yā pana bhikkhunī paṭicchanne okāse purisena saddhiṃ eken’ekā santiṭṭheyya vā sallapeyya vā, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼在覆蔽处与男子一对一地或站或语,为波逸提。
Ajjhokāsasallapanasikkhāpadaṃ
13. Yā pana bhikkhunī ajjhokāse purisena saddhiṃ eken’ekā santiṭṭheyya vā sallapeyya vā, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼在露地处与男子一对一地或站或语,为波逸提。
Dutiyikauyyojanasikkhāpadaṃ
14. Yā pana bhikkhunī rathikāya vā byūhe vā siṅghāṭake vā purisena saddhiṃ eken’ekā santiṭṭheyya vā sallapeyya vā nikaṇṇikaṃ vā jappeyya dutiyikaṃ vā bhikkhuniṃ uyyojeyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼在街头、巷尾或四衢大道上与男子一对一地或站或语,或耳语,或驱赶相伴的比丘尼,为波逸提。
Anāpucchāpakkamanasikkhāpadaṃ
15. Yā pana bhikkhunī purebhattaṃ kulāni upasaṅkamitvā āsane nisīditvā sāmike anāpucchā pakkameyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼在食前进入俗家后落座,不问主人即离开,为波逸提。
Anāpucchāabhinisīdanasikkhāpadaṃ
16. Yā pana bhikkhunī pacchābhattaṃ kulāni upasaṅkamitvā sāmike anāpucchā āsane abhinisīdeyya vā abhinipajjeyya vā, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼在食后进入俗家后,不问主人即于坐处上或坐或卧,为波逸提。
Anāpucchāsantharaṇasikkhāpadaṃ
17. Yā pana bhikkhunī vikāle kulāni upasaṅkamitvā sāmike anāpucchā seyyaṃ santharitvā vā santharāpetvā vā abhinisīdeyya vā abhinipajjeyya vā, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼于非时进入俗家后,不问主人即敷设或教人敷设卧具后或坐或卧,为波逸提。
Paraujjhāpanakasikkhāpadaṃ
18. Yā pana bhikkhunī duggahitena dūpadhāritena paraṃ ujjhāpeyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼因误解、误会而嫌毁他人,为波逸提。
Paraabhisapanasikkhāpadaṃ
19. Yā pana bhikkhunī attānaṃ vā paraṃ vā nirayena vā brahmacariyena vā abhisapeyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼以地狱或梵行呪自己或他人,为波逸提。
Rodanasikkhāpadaṃ
20. Yā pana bhikkhunī attānaṃ vadhitvā vadhitvā rodeyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼一再捶打自己而哭泣,为波逸提。
Rattandhakāravaggo dutiyo.
Naggasikkhāpadaṃ
21. Yā pana bhikkhunī naggā nahāyeyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼裸体洗浴,为波逸提。
Udakasāṭikasikkhāpadaṃ
22. Udakasāṭikaṃ pana bhikkhuniyā kārayamānāya pamāṇikā kāretabbā, tatr’idaṃ pamāṇaṃ, dīghaso catasso vidatthiyo sugatavidatthiyā, tiriyaṃ dve vidatthiyo, taṃ atikkāmentiyā, chedanakaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
比丘尼教人做水浴衣,应按量做,其量为长四张善逝张手、宽二张,过此者,应截断、为波逸提。
比丘波逸提九十一
Cīvarasibbanasikkhāpadaṃ
23. Yā pana bhikkhunī bhikkhuniyā cīvaraṃ visibbetvā vā visibbāpetvā vā sā pacchā anantarāyikinī n’eva sibbeyya na sibbāpanāya ussukkaṃ kareyya, aññatra catūhapañcāhā, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼拆或教人拆比丘尼的衣已,其后四五日内若无障碍,既不缝,也不努力请人缝,为波逸提。
Saṅghāṭicārasikkhāpadaṃ
24. Yā pana bhikkhunī pañcāhikaṃ saṅghāṭicāraṃ atikkāmeyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼超过五日不穿僧伽梨,为波逸提。
Cīvarasaṅkamanīyasikkhāpadaṃ
25. Yā pana bhikkhunī cīvarasaṅkamanīyaṃ dhāreyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼穿应归还的衣,为波逸提。
Gaṇacīvarasikkhāpadaṃ
26. Yā pana bhikkhunī gaṇassa cīvaralābhaṃ antarāyaṃ kareyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼阻碍僧众获取衣,为波逸提。
Paṭibāhanasikkhāpadaṃ
27. Yā pana bhikkhunī dhammikaṃ cīvaravibhaṅgaṃ paṭibāheyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼阻止如法地分配衣,为波逸提。
Cīvaradānasikkhāpadaṃ
28. Yā pana bhikkhunī agārikassa vā paribbājakassa vā paribbājikāya vā samaṇacīvaraṃ dadeyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼给予在家人、男游行者、女游行者沙门衣,为波逸提。
Kālaatikkamanasikkhāpadaṃ
29. Yā pana bhikkhunī dubbalacīvarapaccāsāya cīvarakālasamayaṃ atikkāmeyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼因对衣期望不高而超过衣时,为波逸提。
Kathinuddhārasikkhāpadaṃ
30. Yā pana bhikkhunī dhammikaṃ kathinuddhāraṃ paṭibāheyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼阻止如法地撤去迦𫄨那,为波逸提。
Naggavaggo tatiyo.
Ekamañcatuvaṭṭanasikkhāpadaṃ
31. Yā pana bhikkhuniyo dve ekamañce tuvaṭṭeyyuṃ, pācittiyaṃ.
若二比丘尼躺卧在一张床上,为波逸提。
Ekattharaṇatuvaṭṭanasikkhāpadaṃ
32. Yā pana bhikkhuniyo dve ekattharaṇapāvuraṇā tuvaṭṭeyyuṃ, pācittiyaṃ.
若二比丘尼同一被褥躺卧,为波逸提。
Aphāsukaraṇasikkhāpadaṃ
33. Yā pana bhikkhunī bhikkhuniyā sañcicca aphāsuṃ kareyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼故意让比丘尼不安,为波逸提。
Naupaṭṭhāpanasikkhāpadaṃ
34. Yā pana bhikkhunī dukkhitaṃ sahajīviniṃ n’eva upaṭṭhaheyya na upaṭṭhāpanāya ussukkaṃ kareyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼既不侍奉共同生活的病苦者,也不努力请人侍奉,为波逸提。
Nikkaḍḍhanasikkhāpadaṃ
35. Yā pana bhikkhunī bhikkhuniyā upassayaṃ datvā kupitā anattamanā nikkaḍḍheyya vā nikkaḍḍhāpeyya vā, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼给予比丘尼住所后,瞋恚、不喜而驱赶或教人驱赶,为波逸提。
比丘波逸提十七
Saṃsaṭṭhasikkhāpadaṃ
36. Yā pana bhikkhunī saṃsaṭṭhā vihareyya gahapatinā vā gahapatiputtena vā, sā bhikkhunī bhikkhunīhi evam assa vacanīyā “māyye, saṃsaṭṭhā vihari gahapatinā pi gahapatiputtenā pi, viviccāyye, vivekañ ñeva bhaginiyā saṅgho vaṇṇetī” ti.
若比丘尼与居士或居士子聚居而住,诸比丘尼应如是告彼比丘尼——「尊者!莫与居士或居士子聚居而住。尊者!请相远离,僧团实赞叹独处的姊妹」。
Evañ ca sā bhikkhunī bhikkhunīhi vuccamānā tath’eva paggaṇheyya, sā bhikkhunī bhikkhunīhi yāvatatiyaṃ samanubhāsitabbā tassa paṭinissaggāya, yāvatatiyañ ce samanubhāsiyamānā taṃ paṭinissajjeyya, icc etaṃ kusalaṃ, no ce paṭinissajjeyya, pācittiyaṃ.

若比丘尼出雨季后,不在二部僧团中以三事邀请,即以见、以闻或以疑,为波逸提。

比丘尼每半月应从比丘僧团请求二法,即问布萨日期及前往接受教诫,过此者,为波逸提。

若比丘尼在僧伽的精舍内敷设或教人敷设卧具后,离开时既不收也不教人收,或不问而行,为波逸提。
比丘波逸提十五
Anupakhajjasikkhāpadaṃ
112. Yā pana bhikkhunī saṅghike vihāre jānaṃ pubbupagataṃ bhikkhuniṃ anupakhajja seyyaṃ kappeyya “yassā sambādho bhavissati, sā pakkamissatī” ti etad eva paccayaṃ karitvā anaññaṃ, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼在僧伽的精舍内明知侵占先到的比丘尼而止宿——「她若觉得拥挤就会离开」,仅为此因缘作,而非其他,为波逸提。

若比丘尼瞋恚、不喜而从僧伽的精舍中驱赶或教人驱赶比丘尼,为波逸提。

114. Yā pana bhikkhunī saṅghike vihāre upari-vehāsa-kuṭiyā āhaccapādakaṃ mañcaṃ vā pīṭhaṃ vā abhinisīdeyya vā abhinipajjeyya vā, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼在僧伽的精舍内的阁楼上,或坐或卧于脚可拆卸的床椅上,为波逸提。
比丘波逸提十八
Mahallakavihārasikkhāpadaṃ
115. Mahallakaṃ pana bhikkhuniyā vihāraṃ kārayamānāya yāva dvārakosā aggaḷa-ṭṭhapanāya ālokasandhiparikammāya dvatticchadanassa pariyāyaṃ appaharite ṭhitāya adhiṭṭhātabbaṃ, tato ce uttari appaharite pi ṭhitā adhiṭṭhaheyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼使人建造大精舍,为安置门闩、准备窗户,直到门边,应站在无草处指示二三层屋盖的方法,若过此者,即便站在无草处指示,为波逸提。

若比丘尼明知而将含有生物的水泼或教人泼到草上或土上,为波逸提。
比丘波逸提二十
Bhūtagāmavaggo ekādasamo.
Āvasathapiṇḍasikkhāpadaṃ
117. Agilānāya bhikkhuniyā eko āvasathapiṇḍo bhuñjitabbo, tato ce uttari bhuñjeyya, pācittiyaṃ.
无病比丘尼可以食用一次施处食,若食用过此者,为波逸提。
比丘波逸提三十一
Gaṇabhojanasikkhāpadaṃ
118. Gaṇabhojane, aññatra samayā, pācittiyaṃ.
别众食者,除适时,为波逸提。
Tatthāyaṃ samayo, gilānasamayo, cīvaradānasamayo, cīvarakārasamayo, addhānagamanasamayo, nāvābhiruhanasamayo, mahāsamayo, samaṇabhattasamayo, ayaṃ tattha samayo.
这里的适时是,病时,施衣时,作衣时,旅行时,乘船时,大众会时,沙门食时,这是这里的适时。
比丘波逸提三十二
Kāṇamātusikkhāpadaṃ
119. Bhikkhuniṃ pan’eva kulaṃ upagataṃ pūvehi vā manthehi vā abhihaṭṭhuṃ pavāreyya, ākaṅkhamānāya bhikkhuniyā dvattipattapūrā paṭiggahetabbā, tato ce uttari paṭiggaṇheyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若拿饼或干粮来邀请前往俗家的比丘尼,有意欲的比丘尼可以接受二三钵,若接受过此者,为波逸提。
Dvattipattapūre paṭiggahetvā tato nīharitvā bhikkhunīhi saddhiṃ saṃvibhajitabbaṃ, ayaṃ tattha sāmīci.
接受二三钵后,应从彼处带回与诸比丘尼分享,这是这里的规则。
比丘波逸提三十四
Vikālabhojanasikkhāpadaṃ
120. Yā pana bhikkhunī vikāle khādanīyaṃ vā bhojanīyaṃ vā khādeyya vā bhuñjeyya vā, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼在非时或吃硬食、或食软食,为波逸提。
比丘波逸提三十七
Sannidhikārakasikkhāpadaṃ
121. Yā pana bhikkhunī sannidhikārakaṃ khādanīyaṃ vā bhojanīyaṃ vā khādeyya vā bhuñjeyya vā, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼吃或食贮藏的硬食或软食,为波逸提。
比丘波逸提三十八
Dantaponasikkhāpadaṃ
122. Yā pana bhikkhunī adinnaṃ mukhadvāraṃ āhāraṃ āhareyya, aññatra udakadantaponā, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼把未给予的食物送入口中,除水及牙具,为波逸提。
比丘波逸提四十
Uyyojanasikkhāpadaṃ
123. Yā pana bhikkhunī bhikkhuniṃ “ehāyye, gāmaṃ vā nigamaṃ vā piṇḍāya pavisissāmā” ti tassā dāpetvā vā adāpetvā vā uyyojeyya “gacchāyye, na me tayā saddhiṃ kathā vā nisajjā vā phāsu hoti, ekikāya me kathā vā nisajjā vā phāsu hotī” ti etad eva paccayaṃ karitvā anaññaṃ, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼对比丘尼说——「来吧,尊者!我们入村或镇去乞食」,教人给予或未教人给予彼已即驱赶——「去吧,尊者!和你一起或说或坐于我不乐,于我独自或说或坐则安乐」,仅为此因缘作,而非其他,为波逸提。
比丘波逸提四十二
Sabhojanasikkhāpadaṃ
124. Yā pana bhikkhunī sabhojane kule anupakhajja nisajjaṃ kappeyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼侵占有食之家而坐,为波逸提。

125. Yā pana bhikkhunī purisena saddhiṃ raho paṭicchanne āsane nisajjaṃ kappeyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼隐密地与男人在覆蔽的坐处而坐,为波逸提。

126. Yā pana bhikkhunī purisena saddhiṃ eken’ekā raho nisajjaṃ kappeyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼隐密地与男人一对一而坐,为波逸提。

127. Yā pana bhikkhunī nimantitā sabhattā samānā santiṃ bhikkhuniṃ anāpucchā purebhattaṃ vā pacchābhattaṃ vā kulesu cārittaṃ āpajjeyya, aññatra samayā, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼已受邀请而有食,不问在场的比丘尼即在食前或食后交际于俗家间,除适时,为波逸提。

这里的适时是,施衣时,作衣时,这是这里的适时。

128. Agilānāya bhikkhuniyā catumāsa-ppaccaya-pavāraṇā sāditabbā, aññatra punapavāraṇāya, aññatra niccapavāraṇāya, tato ce uttari sādiyeyya, pācittiyaṃ.
无病比丘尼可以受用四个月资具的邀请,除再邀请,除常邀请,若受用过此者,为波逸提。

129. Yā pana bhikkhunī uyyuttaṃ senaṃ dassanāya gaccheyya, aññatra tathārūpappaccayā, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼前往观看列队的军队,除适当的因缘,为波逸提。

Senāvāsasikkhāpadaṃ
130. Siyā ca tassā bhikkhuniyā kocid eva paccayo senaṃ gamanāya, dirattatirattaṃ tāya bhikkhuniyā senāya vasitabbaṃ, tato ce uttari vaseyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼有某因缘前往军队,彼比丘尼可以在军队中住二三夜,若住过此者,为波逸提。

131. Dirattatirattaṃ ce bhikkhunī senāya vasamānā uyyodhikaṃ vā balaggaṃ vā senābyūhaṃ vā anīkadassanaṃ vā gaccheyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼在军队中住二三夜,前往演习、或将军、或列阵、或阅兵,为波逸提。

若比丘尼无病而期望取暖,燃火或教人燃火,除适当的因缘,为波逸提。
比丘波逸提五十六
Nahānasikkhāpadaṃ
138. Yā pana bhikkhunī oren’addhamāsaṃ nahāyeyya, aññatra samayā, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼尚未半月即洗澡,除适时,为波逸提。
Tatthāyaṃ samayo “diyaḍḍho māso seso gimhānan” ti “vassānassa paṭhamo māso” icc ete aḍḍhateyyamāsā uṇhasamayo, pariḷāhasamayo, gilānasamayo, kammasamayo, addhānagamanasamayo, vātavuṭṭhisamayo, ayaṃ tattha samayo.
这里的适时是,「热季的最后一个半月」、「雨季的第一个月」等两个半月为热时,烧时,病时,作业时,旅行时,风雨时,这是这里的适时。
比丘波逸提五十七
Dubbaṇṇakaraṇasikkhāpadaṃ
139. Navaṃ pana bhikkhuniyā cīvaralābhāya tiṇṇaṃ dubbaṇṇakaraṇānaṃ aññataraṃ dubbaṇṇakaraṇaṃ ādātabbaṃ nīlaṃ vā kaddamaṃ vā kāḷasāmaṃ vā.
比丘尼获得的新衣,应取三种坏色中的任一种坏色,青色、泥色或黑褐色。
Anādā ce bhikkhunī tiṇṇaṃ dubbaṇṇakaraṇānaṃ aññataraṃ dubbaṇṇakaraṇaṃ navaṃ cīvaraṃ paribhuñjeyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼未取三种坏色中的任一种坏色而穿用新衣,为波逸提。
比丘波逸提五十八
Vikappanasikkhāpadaṃ
140. Yā pana bhikkhunī bhikkhussa vā bhikkhuniyā vā sikkhamānāya vā sāmaṇerassa vā sāmaṇeriyā vā sāmaṃ cīvaraṃ vikappetvā apaccuddhāraṇaṃ paribhuñjeyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼自己把衣分配给比丘、比丘尼、式叉摩那、沙弥或沙弥尼后,未经舍弃即穿用,为波逸提。
比丘波逸提五十九
Apanidhāpanasikkhāpadaṃ
141. Yā pana bhikkhunī bhikkhuniyā pattaṃ vā cīvaraṃ vā nisīdanaṃ vā sūcigharaṃ vā kāyabandhanaṃ vā apanidheyya vā apanidhāpeyya vā, antamaso hasāpekkhā pi, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼藏匿或教人藏匿比丘尼的钵、衣、坐具、针筒或腰带,乃至仅为嬉戏,为波逸提。
比丘波逸提六十
Sañciccasikkhāpadaṃ
142. Yā pana bhikkhunī sañcicca pāṇaṃ jīvitā voropeyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼故意夺去生物之命,为波逸提。
比丘波逸提六十一

143. Yā pana bhikkhunī jānaṃ sappāṇakaṃ udakaṃ paribhuñjeyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼明知而服用有生物的水,为波逸提。
比丘波逸提六十二

144. Yā pana bhikkhunī jānaṃ yathādhammaṃ nihatādhikaraṇaṃ punakammāya ukkoṭeyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼明知而为再次羯磨重开如法裁决的诤论,为波逸提。
比丘波逸提六十三
Theyyasatthasikkhāpadaṃ
145. Yā pana bhikkhunī jānaṃ theyyasatthena saddhiṃ saṃvidhāya ekaddhānamaggaṃ paṭipajjeyya, antamaso gāmantaram pi, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼明知而与盗贼商队相约而行于同一道路,乃至仅至邻村,为波逸提。
比丘波逸提六十六
Ariṭṭhasikkhāpadaṃ
146. Yā pana bhikkhunī evaṃ vadeyya “tathāhaṃ Bhagavatā dhammaṃ desitaṃ ājānāmi, yathā ye’me antarāyikā dhammā vuttā Bhagavatā, te paṭisevato nālaṃ antarāyāyā” ti.
若比丘尼如是说——「我如是知世尊所说之法,即世尊所说的这些障碍法,从事于彼不足为碍」。
Sā bhikkhunī bhikkhunīhi evam assa vacanīyā “māyye evaṃ avaca, mā Bhagavantaṃ abbhācikkhi, na hi sādhu Bhagavato abbhakkhānaṃ, na hi Bhagavā evaṃ vadeyya, anekapariyāyenāyye antarāyikā dhammā antarāyikā vuttā Bhagavatā, alañ ca pana te paṭisevato antarāyāyā” ti.
诸比丘尼应如是告彼比丘尼——「尊者!莫作此说,莫谤世尊,诽谤世尊实在不善,世尊实在不会如此说。尊者!世尊以多种方法说障碍法为障碍,从事于彼适足为碍」。
Evañ ca sā bhikkhunī bhikkhunīhi vuccamānā tath’eva paggaṇheyya, sā bhikkhunī bhikkhunīhi yāvatatiyaṃ samanubhāsitabbā tassa paṭinissaggāya, yāvatatiyañ ce samanubhāsiyamānā taṃ paṭinissajjeyya, icc etaṃ kusalaṃ, no ce paṭinissajjeyya, pācittiyaṃ.
诸比丘尼如是告已,彼比丘尼若仍如是执取,诸比丘尼应三次劝告彼比丘尼使舍弃之,若经三次劝告而舍弃之,如此甚好,若不舍弃,为波逸提。

若比丘尼明知而与如是说且未随法作、未舍弃此见的比丘尼同吃、同住或同宿,为波逸提。
比丘波逸提六十九
Kaṇṭakasikkhāpadaṃ
148. Samaṇuddesā pi ce evaṃ vadeyya “tathāhaṃ Bhagavatā dhammaṃ desitaṃ ājānāmi, yathā ye’me antarāyikā dhammā vuttā Bhagavatā, te paṭisevato nālaṃ antarāyāyā” ti.
若沙弥尼也如是说——「我如是知世尊所说之法,即世尊所说的这些障碍法,从事于彼不足为碍」。
Sā samaṇuddesā bhikkhunīhi evam assa vacanīyā “māyye, samaṇuddese evaṃ avaca, mā Bhagavantaṃ abbhācikkhi, na hi sādhu Bhagavato abbhakkhānaṃ, na hi Bhagavā evaṃ vadeyya, anekapariyāyenāyye, samaṇuddese antarāyikā dhammā antarāyikā vuttā Bhagavatā, alañ ca pana te paṭisevato antarāyāyā” ti.
诸比丘尼应如是告彼沙弥尼——「尊者沙弥!莫作此说,莫谤世尊,诽谤世尊实在不善,世尊实在不会如此说。尊者沙弥!世尊以多种方法说障碍法为障碍,从事于彼适足为碍」。
Evañ ca sā samaṇuddesā bhikkhunīhi vuccamānā tath’eva paggaṇheyya, sā samaṇuddesā bhikkhunīhi evam assa vacanīyā “ajjatagge te, ayye, samaṇuddese na c’eva so Bhagavā satthā apadisitabbo, yam pi c’aññā samaṇuddesā labhanti bhikkhunīhi saddhiṃ dirattatirattaṃ sahaseyyaṃ, sā pi te natthi, cara pi re, vinassā” ti.
诸比丘尼如是告已,彼沙弥尼若仍如是执取,诸比丘尼应如是告彼沙弥尼——「尊者沙弥!今后你不可称世尊为师,其他的沙弥尼能与诸比丘尼同宿二三夜,你不可以,哎,走吧,消失吧」。
Yā pana bhikkhunī jānaṃ tathānāsitaṃ samaṇuddesaṃ upalāpeyya vā, upaṭṭhāpeyya vā, sambhuñjeyya vā, saha vā seyyaṃ kappeyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼明知而与如是灭摈的沙弥尼谈论,或令侍奉,或同吃、同宿,为波逸提。
比丘波逸提七十
Sahadhammikasikkhāpadaṃ
149. Yā pana bhikkhunī bhikkhunīhi sahadhammikaṃ vuccamānā evaṃ vadeyya “na tāvāhaṃ, ayye, etasmiṃ sikkhāpade sikkhissāmi, yāva na aññaṃ bhikkhuniṃ byattaṃ vinayadharaṃ paripucchāmī” ti, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼经诸比丘尼如法而告,如是说——「尊者!直到我遍问另一有能的持律比丘尼前,我将不学此学处」,为波逸提。
Sikkhamānāya, bhikkhave, bhikkhuniyā aññātabbaṃ paripucchitabbaṃ paripañhitabbaṃ, ayaṃ tattha sāmīci.
诸比丘!为学的比丘尼应了知、应遍问、应遍审,这是这里的规则。
比丘波逸提七十一
Vilekhanasikkhāpadaṃ
150. Yā pana bhikkhunī pātimokkhe uddissamāne evaṃ vadeyya “kiṃ pan’imehi khuddānukhuddakehi sikkhāpadehi uddiṭṭhehi, yāvad eva kukkuccāya vihesāya vilekhāya saṃvattantī” ti, sikkhāpadavivaṇṇake, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼在诵波罗提木叉时如是说——「为何要诵这些小随小学处,它们只会引起恶作、恼害、混乱」,诽谤学处者,为波逸提。
比丘波逸提七十二
Mohanasikkhāpadaṃ
151. Yā pana bhikkhunī anvaddhamāsaṃ pātimokkhe uddissamāne evaṃ vadeyya “idān’eva kho ahaṃ, ayye, jānāmi ayam pi kira dhammo suttāgato suttapariyāpanno anvaddhamāsaṃ uddesaṃ āgacchatī” ti.
若比丘尼在每半月诵波罗提木叉时如是说——「尊者!现在我才知道,这法实为经之所来、经之所属,每半月来诵」。
Tañ ce bhikkhuniṃ aññā bhikkhuniyo jāneyyuṃ “nisinnapubbaṃ imāya bhikkhuniyā dvattikkhattuṃ pātimokkhe uddissamāne, ko pana vādo bhiyyo”.
若其他诸比丘尼知道彼比丘尼——「此比丘尼在诵波罗提木叉时已坐过二三次,为何还要再说」。
Na ca tassā bhikkhuniyā aññāṇakena mutti atthi, yañ ca tattha āpattiṃ āpannā, tañ ca yathādhammo kāretabbo, uttari c’assā moho āropetabbo “tassā te, ayye, alābhā, tassā te dulladdhaṃ, yaṃ tvaṃ pātimokkhe uddissamāne na sādhukaṃ aṭṭhiṃ katvā manasi karosī” ti, idaṃ tasmiṃ mohanake pācittiyaṃ.
彼比丘尼不得以无知而开脱,于此已犯之罪应如法对待,更应指责其愚痴——「尊者!这对你无利,这对你无得,你在诵波罗提木叉时未善用心、作意」,这于彼愚痴之人为波逸提。
比丘波逸提七十三
Pahārasikkhāpadaṃ
152. Yā pana bhikkhunī bhikkhuniyā kupitā anattamanā pahāraṃ dadeyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼瞋恚、不喜而打比丘尼,为波逸提。
比丘波逸提七十四
Talasattikasikkhāpadaṃ
153. Yā pana bhikkhunī bhikkhuniyā kupitā anattamanā talasattikaṃ uggireyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼瞋恚、不喜而对比丘尼举手作打,为波逸提。
比丘波逸提七十五
Amūlakasikkhāpadaṃ
154. Yā pana bhikkhunī bhikkhuniṃ amūlakena saṅghādisesena anuddhaṃseyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼以无根据的僧残诽谤比丘尼,为波逸提。
比丘波逸提七十六
Sañciccasikkhāpadaṃ
155. Yā pana bhikkhunī bhikkhuniyā sañcicca kukkuccaṃ upadaheyya “iti’ssā muhuttam pi aphāsu bhavissatī” ti etad eva paccayaṃ karitvā anaññaṃ, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼故意导致比丘尼恶作——「如此她将有片刻的不安」,仅为此因缘作,而非其他,为波逸提。
比丘波逸提七十七
Upassuti sikkhāpadaṃ
156. Yā pana bhikkhunī bhikkhunīnaṃ bhaṇḍanajātānaṃ kalahajātānaṃ vivādāpannānaṃ upassutiṃ tiṭṭheyya “yaṃ imā bhaṇissanti, taṃ sossāmī” ti etad eva paccayaṃ karitvā anaññaṃ, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼驻足窃听发生争吵、发生不和、从事诤论的比丘尼们——「我要听听她们说的」,仅为此因缘作,而非其他,为波逸提。

157. Yā pana bhikkhunī dhammikānaṃ kammānaṃ chandaṃ datvā pacchā khīyanadhammaṃ āpajjeyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼对如法的羯磨给欲已,之后又生不平,为波逸提。
比丘波逸提七十九
Chandaṃadatvāgamanasikkhāpadaṃ
158. Yā pana bhikkhunī saṅghe vinicchayakathāya vattamānāya chandaṃ adatvā uṭṭhāyāsanā pakkameyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼在僧伽作裁决时,不给欲即从坐起而离开,为波逸提。
比丘波逸提八十
Dubbalasikkhāpadaṃ
159. Yā pana bhikkhunī samaggena saṅghena cīvaraṃ datvā pacchā khīyanadhammaṃ āpajjeyya “yathāsanthutaṃ bhikkhuniyo saṅghikaṃ lābhaṃ pariṇāmentī” ti, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼给与和合的僧团衣已,之后又生不平——「诸比丘尼随亲疏地分配僧团的利养」,为波逸提。

Pariṇāmanasikkhāpadaṃ
160. Yā pana bhikkhunī jānaṃ saṅghikaṃ lābhaṃ pariṇataṃ puggalassa pariṇāmeyya, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼明知而将已分配给僧团的利养分配给个人,为波逸提。
比丘波逸提八十二
Ratanasikkhāpadaṃ
161. Yā pana bhikkhunī ratanaṃ vā ratanasammataṃ vā, aññatra ajjhārāmā vā ajjhāvasathā vā uggaṇheyya vā uggaṇhāpeyya vā, pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼捉持或教人捉持宝或类似宝者,除自园或自住处,为波逸提。
Ratanaṃ vā pana bhikkhuniyā ratanasammataṃ vā ajjhārāme vā ajjhāvasathe vā uggahetvā vā uggahāpetvā vā nikkhipitabbaṃ “yassa bhavissati, so harissatī” ti, ayaṃ tattha sāmīci.
比丘尼在自园或自住处捉持或教人捉持宝或类似宝者后,应保存——「物主将会拿去」,这是这里的规则。
比丘波逸提八十四
Sūcigharasikkhāpadaṃ
162. Yā pana bhikkhunī aṭṭhimayaṃ vā dantamayaṃ vā visāṇamayaṃ vā sūcigharaṃ kārāpeyya, bhedanakaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼教人做骨制、牙制、角制的针筒,应打碎、为波逸提。
比丘波逸提八十六
Mañcapīṭhasikkhāpadaṃ
163. Navaṃ pana bhikkhuniyā mañcaṃ vā pīṭhaṃ vā kārayamānāya aṭṭhaṅgulapādakaṃ kāretabbaṃ sugataṅgulena, aññatra heṭṭhimāya aṭaniyā, taṃ atikkāmentiyā, chedanakaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
比丘尼教人做新的床或椅,应做八善逝指高的脚,除底部框架,过此者,应截断、为波逸提。

Tūlonaddhasikkhāpadaṃ
164. Yā pana bhikkhunī mañcaṃ vā pīṭhaṃ vā tūlonaddhaṃ kārāpeyya, uddālanakaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼教人做覆以棉花的床或椅,应破坏、为波逸提。
比丘波逸提八十八
Kaṇḍuppaṭicchādisikkhāpadaṃ
165. Kaṇḍuppaṭicchādiṃ pana bhikkhuniyā kārayamānāya pamāṇikā kāretabbā, tatr’idaṃ pamāṇaṃ, dīghaso catasso vidatthiyo sugatavidatthiyā, tiriyaṃ dve vidatthiyo, taṃ atikkāmentiyā, chedanakaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
比丘尼教人做覆疮衣,应按量做,其量为长四张善逝张手、宽二张手,过此者,应截断、为波逸提。
比丘波逸提九十
Nandasikkhāpadaṃ
166. Yā pana bhikkhunī sugatacīvarappamāṇaṃ cīvaraṃ kārāpeyya, atirekaṃ vā, chedanakaṃ pācittiyaṃ.
若比丘尼教人做善逝衣量之衣或过此者,应截断、为波逸提。
Tatr’idaṃ sugatassa sugatacīvarappamāṇaṃ, dīghaso nava vidatthiyo sugatavidatthiyā, tiriyaṃ cha vidatthiyo, idaṃ sugatassa sugatacīvarappamāṇan ti.
善逝的善逝衣量为长九张善逝张手、宽六张手,这是善逝的善逝衣量。
比丘波逸提九十二
Dhammikavaggo soḷasamo.
Uddiṭṭhā kho ayyāyo chasaṭṭhisatā pācittiyā dhammā.
Tatthāyyāyo pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, dutiyam pi pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, tatiyam pi pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, parisuddh’etthāyyāyo, tasmā tuṇhī, evam etaṃ dhārayāmī ti.
Pācittiyā niṭṭhitā.
Pāṭidesanīyā
Ime kho panāyyāyo aṭṭha pāṭidesanīyā dhammā uddesaṃ āgacchanti.
诸大德!再来诵八悔过法。
Sappiviññāpanasikkhāpadaṃ
1. Yā pana bhikkhunī agilānā sappiṃ viññāpetvā bhuñjeyya, paṭidesetabbaṃ tāya bhikkhuniyā “gārayhaṃ, ayye, dhammaṃ āpajjiṃ asappāyaṃ pāṭidesanīyaṃ, taṃ paṭidesemī” ti.
若比丘尼无病,乞得熟酥后食用,彼比丘尼应悔过——「尊者!我犯了应呵责、不适当、应悔过之法,我对此悔过」。
Telaviññāpanasikkhāpadaṃ
2. Yā pana bhikkhunī agilānā telaṃ viññāpetvā bhuñjeyya…pe… taṃ paṭidesemī ti.
若比丘尼无病,乞得油后食用⋯⋯我对此悔过」。
Madhuviññāpanasikkhāpadaṃ
3. Yā pana bhikkhunī agilānā madhuṃ viññāpetvā bhuñjeyya…pe… taṃ paṭidesemī ti.
若比丘尼无病,乞得蜜后食用⋯⋯我对此悔过」。
Phāṇitaviññāpanasikkhāpadaṃ
4. Yā pana bhikkhunī agilānā phāṇitaṃ viññāpetvā bhuñjeyya…pe… taṃ paṭidesemī ti.
若比丘尼无病,乞得糖后食用⋯⋯我对此悔过」。
Macchaviññāpanasikkhāpadaṃ
5. Yā pana bhikkhunī agilānā macchaṃ viññāpetvā bhuñjeyya…pe… taṃ paṭidesemī ti.
若比丘尼无病,乞得鱼后食用⋯⋯我对此悔过」。
Maṃsaviññāpanasikkhāpadaṃ
6. Yā pana bhikkhunī agilānā maṃsaṃ viññāpetvā bhuñjeyya…pe… taṃ paṭidesemī ti.
若比丘尼无病,乞得肉后食用⋯⋯我对此悔过」。
Khīraviññāpanasikkhāpadaṃ
7. Yā pana bhikkhunī agilānā khīraṃ viññāpetvā bhuñjeyya…pe… taṃ paṭidesemī ti.
若比丘尼无病,乞得乳后食用⋯⋯我对此悔过」。
Dadhiviññāpanasikkhāpadaṃ
8. Yā pana bhikkhunī agilānā dadhiṃ viññāpetvā bhuñjeyya, paṭidesetabbaṃ tāya bhikkhuniyā “gārayhaṃ, ayye, dhammaṃ āpajjiṃ asappāyaṃ pāṭidesanīyaṃ, taṃ paṭidesemī” ti.

36. Na sūpaṃ vā byañjanaṃ vā odanena paṭicchādessāmi bhiyyokamyataṃ upādāyā ti sikkhā karaṇīyā.
Sūpodanaviññattisikkhāpadaṃ
37. Na sūpaṃ vā odanaṃ vā agilānā attano atthāya viññāpetvā bhuñjissāmī ti sikkhā karaṇīyā.
Ujjhānasaññinīsikkhāpadaṃ
38. Na ujjhānasaññinī paresaṃ pattaṃ olokessāmī ti sikkhā karaṇīyā.
Kabaḷasikkhāpadaṃ
39. Nātimahantaṃ kabaḷaṃ karissāmī ti sikkhā karaṇīyā.
Ālopasikkhāpadaṃ

73. Na ṭhitā agilānā uccāraṃ vā passāvaṃ vā karissāmī ti sikkhā karaṇīyā.
Hariteuccārasikkhāpadaṃ
74. Na harite agilānā uccāraṃ vā passāvaṃ vā kheḷaṃ vā karissāmī ti sikkhā karaṇīyā.
Udakeuccārasikkhāpadaṃ
75. Na udake agilānā uccāraṃ vā passāvaṃ vā kheḷaṃ vā karissāmī ti sikkhā karaṇīyā.

Tatthāyyāyo pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, dutiyam pi pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, tatiyam pi pucchāmi, kacci’ttha parisuddhā, parisuddh’etthāyyāyo, tasmā tuṇhī, evam etaṃ dhārayāmī ti.
Adhikaraṇasamathā niṭṭhitā.
Uddiṭṭhaṃ kho ayyāyo nidānaṃ,
Uddiṭṭhā aṭṭha pārājikā dhammā,
Uddiṭṭhā sattarasa saṅghādisesā dhammā,
Uddiṭṭhā tiṃsa nissaggiyā pācittiyā dhammā,
Uddiṭṭhā chasaṭṭhi satā pācittiyā dhammā,
Uddiṭṭhā aṭṭha pāṭidesanīyā dhammā,
Uddiṭṭhā sekhiyā dhammā,
Uddiṭṭhā satta adhikaraṇasamathā dhammā.
Ettakaṃ tassa Bhagavato suttāgataṃ suttapariyāpannaṃ anvaddhamāsaṃ uddesaṃ āgacchati, tattha sabbāh’eva samaggāhi sammodamānāhi avivadamānāhi sikkhitabban ti.
